Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Price based on location and season, not quality As expected from a Holiday Inn Express. Everything from the hotel was OK. Cold water with lime/lemon on the floors was a nice touch. Breakfast is basic, but it's free and in line with other HIE. Biggest issue was other guests. Loud and didn't clean up after themselves at breakfast. Price is definitely based on location and season (Sonoma wine country during summer vacation) and not on value, but that's the market. No acknowledgement as Platinum member and no offer of 'goodies' or upgrade. August 1, 2014
