I stayed hear for my anniversary and only live about 20 minutes north of this property . this hotel was very nice clean well laid out plenty of parking but none for the big rigs. which i drive for a living so im always looking for that. but no big deal. the staff was very helpful and pleasant this hotel is located close to down town and it is very easy to explore wine country from there but it is not right down town so you will have a quiet evening of sleep a great pool and hot tub and a sauna. and this hotel is absolutely on the top end of the holiday inn quality level that is a very high standard throughout the brand I stay in a holiday inn weekly for my job and I keep an eye out for there sign I does feel like home away from home.. I would not stay any were else at twice the price.

We only stayed one night, but the accommodations were excellent, the staff was very helpful with recommendations. The facility was very clean.

Second visit to this hotel in 2 months. Both times our rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff is just wonderful - very helpful and friendly. If given the chance I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The Holiday Inn Express is my choice for a Hotel with its typical Amenities.
This HIE in Windsor, CA excels not just because of its great Location, but their Rooms are wonderful, and of course their Breakfast is the best!
The thing that I really enjoyed was their Indoor Jacuzzi.
I had not seen that at any HIE before.
It really made the difference in my Vacation.
The Staff went out of their way to make sure All of our needs were met...AND THEY WERE!
I would definitely recommend this HIE in Windsor, CA.
You will be glad you chose to stay there!

I was greeted by the front desk ladies in a very nice and friendly manner and I was upgraded to a 2 room suite for being a platinum member. The room was very nice.

During our week of travelling in the western US we stayed exclusively in Holiday Inn Express hotels. They were all high quality but the Windsor HIE was a step ahead of the rest with everything from extremely friendly helpful staff to very clean rooms with comfortable beds. The one thing that we thought was superior to the other Inns (the other Inn's were good) was the breakfast. Job well done.

We were treated like family here, the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here on different occasions, and we believe this group is the best we have encountered nation wide!!!Thank you for warm hospitality!
