I stay with this property a good bit always clean and they always remember me when I return. A really nice Holiday Inn. If you need to stay in Winona Ms this is the place. Welcome home. And the shortbread cookies are good to.

Restful night. Breakfast was good but all Holiday Inns have the same breakfast.
I wish I my rewards could be used as I accumulate them and not go on line to claim my rewards.

I love the furniture in this hotel. Very up to date. This was my second stay within the past 2 and 1/2 years. There are two things that need to be addressed, though. The first is that the air conditioner is extremely loud. Every time it kicked on, it woke me up. When i was watching tv and it came on, i had to turn the volume up. Upper management should really look into swapping them out for quieter units. The other issue is housekeeping. They stopped by at about 8 or 9 am wanting to clean the room. Um, we were still sleeping. There needs to be a morning and afternoon crew. I understand that adding one will affect the profit margin, but there is a way to manage this. When customers register online or call to make a reservation, ask him/her if they would like to have their room cleaned during their stay. Some may say no and will prefer to tidy up the room themselves. For those that do, offer a morning or afternoon cleaning time frame. For instance, 8am-10am or 2pm-4pm.

We enjoyed out stay here, just wish that all hotels would provide better lighting in bathrooms. The dim lights will have to go!

The nite's stay was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The variety at breakfast was good. The first carton of milk I got was mostly frozen but the second was just fine. Breakfast attendant was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I decided to stay at this Holiday Inn instead of driving to Starkville, as I normally do for my business in Ackerman. I always stay at an IHG hotel and haven't been too disappointed, but this time it was pretty bad. I arrive and the TV doesn't work so they have me change rooms instead of trying to fix it. The next day I get to my room at @. 4 PM hoping to get some time to get some work done. The room had not been cleaned and at around 4:45 someone knocks on the door to clean the room. I told them to disregard as I was in the middle of a conference call. 45 minutes later a housekeeper manager walks into my room unannounced. No knock on the door or anything, just uses her pass key and walks in. This hotel allows pets. Starting at 10 PM and lasting off and on throughout the night there was a barking dog that apparently was left alone or the owners didn't mind the barking.
Driving to Starkville from now on.

I am a business traveler and this hotel was a welcome change. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. It is very convenient to the Interstate. The interior is well decorated.
