We chose this hotel because of convenience. it looked nice on the outside and we thought it would be a good place to stay. I would stay there again if I knew they had newer and more comfortable beds

Clean, well kept, property. Easy access to and from the highway without the noise you get at some hotels similarly located. Friendly and attentive front desk help. I actually met the owners or management group during my stay and they were gracious enough to answer questions I had about something completely unrelated to my stay which ended up being of great value to me. I will use this as my first go to property from now on whenever traveling in the area. I sometimes tend to look for corporate owned IHG properties over franchise owned but these owners/managers seem to meet and exceed the standards IHG is known for at their corporate owned properties. I hardly have time for reviews or surveys but they deserve this.

What a great place to stop after a long day of driving. The staff was friendly and helpful.. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had lots of choices and everything was delicious. Great job Holiday Inn Express!

Booked a double bed suite room through the website using a reward night only to find out after I checked in and got up to our room that it was a standard room. Even though I am a platinum member, they never even offered to upgrade me back to the suite that I originally booked. I called back to the front office only to be told they would look into it. After almost an hour after that call, I finally hear back from the front desk saying they had a handicap room available and that they over booked. Well I guess my 100+ stays a year doesn't amount to anything when trying to use a reward night. Very dis-satisfied with the service there.
Make sure they are putting you in a room that you actually booked before you get to the room... chances are, you won't get what you paid for.

Nice clean place. Quiet with no disturbances during the night. Lacks quality coffee in room and at breakfast bar.

Very clean and comfortable place, hope you keep it that way for long.
Outside yard need some decoration or flowers to more attractive to the quest.
Only one I notice the toilet need a little work it's loose.
Over all awesome stay.
