Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not Sure About A Second Visit The staff was amazing - but there were some issues with my room in addition to the room smelling of smoke when I asked for a non-smoking room. Bad maintenance patchwork on the ceiling and the pipes ran all night. The channels were basic and some werent viewable. I guess you pay for what you get, but this is was a business trip and you would think the room would have been better for future accommodations. Perhaps my stay at the new location in New York will fair better. November 18, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient location Stayed there to have a procedure at Wake Forrest medical center and we were given the hospital rate when we arrived after being told by central reservations we couldn't receive it because of the Furniture Show going on in the area.
