Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great service Excellent. It was very nice to have a meal that I could eat that had nutritional items that I need because of health issues in eating. Most importantly, I was treated so wonderful by the staff and this meant so much. With my husband in hospital and my constant concerns about him, the staff that knew me from before, were caring about my spouse and my health issues also . Thanks for everything. October 21, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel, pricey for whatever reason a good experience at this hotel, you can tell the hotel is dated however updated. Front desk staff could not have been nicer, room was comfortable. Nothing too special about the breakfast, just your standard HIE fare. Price was a bit much for what you get. We decided to stay closer to where our friends live and try to use more IHG hotels for the points. However I guess the trade off is the increase in price, which really didn't warrant staying here. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent hotel and wonderful stay I was really impressed with the excellent service we received and the caring attitude of the staff. Everything was above average, I was expecting the average treatment we usually get when we stay in a hotel. We were surprised at the extra attention and quality of everything. The small necessities like lotion etc. was certainly surprising, most hotels give cheap junk for you to use. I found quality products that I use at home, and that was really surprising. Another wonderful surprise was the breakfast. We were expecting coffee and pastries like a continental breakfast usually gives you. Instead, we were overwhelmed at the selection we had. It was really a surprising WOW!! We enjoyed our stay very much, and can not wait to stay there again!! October 9, 2014
