Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient location Stayed there to have a procedure at Wake Forrest medical center and we were given the hospital rate when we arrived after being told by central reservations we couldn't receive it because of the Furniture Show going on in the area. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Customer Service The hotel is pretty nice. But I left an item in my room and have been calling the hotel since Friday and today is Sunday. Each time I call I am given the run around on the phone. Each time I have called there has been a different excuse. I finally got a call back and guess what they can't find it. That figures. Business wise my job stays there all the time when we are in town. But I definitely will not! What is the point of a lost and found if either housekeeping throws it away. November 2, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Service request ignored Good and bad stay. Bad outweighs the good. First, got to the hotel around 2 pm. Asked about a room, expecting one of two answers, room is ready or room not ready yet. The person behind the counter pointed to the sign and said 'check-in isn't until 3 pm. Very condesending. And never recognized as Platimum member. Second night the toilet started leaking at bottom, fillng the bathroom with water. Called the front desk and they were quick about getting me a different room. (good). However, in the morning the shower was either hot or cold. No inbetween, couldn't really shower. Told the front desk and went to work. Next morning, same thing, nothing had been done. When I checked out, they finally recognized my status and offered 1500 points for my problems. Over all, not a good stay. October 27, 2014
