Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The king bed was wonderful. Sleep great I enjoyed staying at this Holiday Inn Express. The best thing about our stay was the bed. It was so comfortable. The room was quiet and comfortable. The check in process and check out was good. The breakfast was very good with a good variety of choices. I would stay here again. April 16, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed and Surprised We often stay at a Holiday Inn Express. I was extremely surprised by this hotel and also by the good ratings it has been given. I have always praised the Holiday Inn Express for how updated, clean and courtesy they are. I don't normally leave reviews, but this experience has left me needing to do so. I do not like to complain and will often settle before complaining. This time I cannot do so. I will list the pro's and cons and you do with them as you will. Pros: Dining area clean, Beds clean, Front desk helpful and nice. Cons: most areas outdated, water marks all over the ceiling in our room. Shower temp never went past warm. WiFi was weak, often not working at all, even after changing connection, as per front desk suggestion. Our door to our room had such a gap around it, you could see full light though it when you turned your room light off. This also didn't help in blocking noise from the hallway any. Floor in room not fully vacuumed. Workers loud and messed around in front of guests eating breakfast. Vending machine didn't work. 1st morning, food not fresh (biscuits hard, sausage older etc) and pancake machine down. 2nd morning, food fresher, pancake machine still not working. Bottom line, we were extremely disappointed and will never stay at this hotel again. Nor will we ever recommend this hotel to anyone we know. How the ratings are as high as they are, I'll never understand. I hope this review helps counter the ones on here enough for someone to rethink staying here. April 7, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place We arrived in the evening and the young desk clerk was very efficient. All paper work was already laid out and ready to sign. The lobby was clean and inviting...The room was comfortable and fresh; no dull odors. The T.V. programs were OK but we couldn't find any Christian stations. Breakfast area was clean and pleasant especially the T.V. programming. I was surprised to see nostalgic programming during breakfast instead of the usual CNN network. I liked that. April 6, 2015

The only issue was the wireless internet was not working for me, but I was so tired I never reported it since I didnt really need to go online, so I am not sure how or if they would have addressed the wireless issue.
