After all my searching on the internet for a room for a 1 night stay, I chose this one. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel at all. The staff was friendly at check in and helped with questions I had about parking in Boston. Even printed directions for me. The room was great, comfortable & clean. Breakfast was wonderful & the coffee was great. All was worth the very reasonable price. I recommend this highly and I would stay here again.

Typical Holiday Inn service. Had a glitch when checked in. I did not get the room I booked, but able to correct that the next day. I still like it.

Because of the problems experience on our second night -fire alarm inconvenience - out of the hotel for an hour, no internet because of blown transformer, no elevator operating for that evening and part of the following morning, restaurant forced to close as a result of these problems. I feel we should have been offered some compensation, either a reduction in our room rate for that night, and a whole lot of IHG reward points. But no offers were made to us when we checked out. I am not a complainer/pushy person so I did not pursue the issue - I don't feel I should have had too, that staff should have made the offer to all hotel guest involved.
