Because of the problems experience on our second night -fire alarm inconvenience - out of the hotel for an hour, no internet because of blown transformer, no elevator operating for that evening and part of the following morning, restaurant forced to close as a result of these problems. I feel we should have been offered some compensation, either a reduction in our room rate for that night, and a whole lot of IHG reward points. But no offers were made to us when we checked out. I am not a complainer/pushy person so I did not pursue the issue - I don't feel I should have had too, that staff should have made the offer to all hotel guest involved.

Totally unsatisfied with my experience at this hotel. The staff was unfriendly/short when asked questions and not helpful. Our air conditioner did not work properly. This was brought to the attention of the staff and brushed aside. Nothing was done to resolve. There were doors that were not working and the hot tub was out of order. I feel that I paid way to much money per night for the service that was received.

Flew in to BOS to attend wedding in MA. Arrived 3 am due to delayed flight. Check in was quick and easy. Left early the next morning. Breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Due to short stay did not use amenities including internet.
