Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Hotel Experience with Holiday Inn I would not reccommend this hotel due to the staff. Manager was very rude and staff was unfriendly. I had reserved a King Suite with Jacuzzi tub and when we showed up they gave us a standard king room and no explanation on why our reservation was screwed up. Additionally until I complained about it they tried to charge me the rate for the king suite for the standard king. Manager basically told me that I had to take it or leave it because that is all they had. The customer service was very unacceptable and well below the HI standards that we have received in other locations. I was very dissappointed. I also never got the survey after our stay for this one and had to call in to get the points. It was avery frustrating experience. I will continue to stay at other Holiday Inn Locations but will never visit this one again and will not reccommend it to anyone i know. October 10, 2014

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to make sure you are welcomed and enjoying your stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It is easy to get where you are going from here! When return to Lubbock for any occasion this is our hotel of choice!! September 9, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by This Location Not Up to Holiday Inn Standards Big Issues With Check In Hotel Did Not Have the Correct Info as to Reservation payment this was a Pre-Paid Stay tried to bill my Card Only Parts of the Coffee Service was in room was not a complete setup TV Service was Grainy and picture quality was Poor would not skip over Empty Channels Wired and Wireless Internet was a Joke as would cut in and Out all the time the Business Center only 1 of 2 Computer were working the front desk staff were hardly any help this hotel needs an undercover inspection and IHG - Holiday Will Agree this place needs Help September 6, 2014

The bathroom sink was almost completely clogged making us think that we were not the only guests to mention this issue and yet it had not been fixed. September 3, 2014
