I like that even the pillows were labeled as their firmness, don't get that at hotels that cost twice the price. The young lady working in the breakfast area did a fantastic job, everything was always stocked, clean and tidy - awesome job! November 20, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst ever We have been staying at this motel for years, they can pull up our names and see our record. I have always given this place a very good review but can't this time. The bathroom smelled of urine the minute we walked into the bathroom. The shower sprayed all over the place and it was not clean. The sink had toothpaste all over it, you could tell it had not been cleaned good. The breakfast was not as good as usual. All in all just have to give this place a very low rating. We ask for a ground floor room, when I book I make a request for ground floor, you would have thought the place was booked up fully, it wasn't. I know it is not us because we heard two other people complaining about their rooms also. Who ever is running this motel is slacking up on taking care of it. We are reward members, just was so unhappy. November 16, 2014

From the moment I checked in until I checked out the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was VERY clean and quiet. GREAT PLACE TO STAY. Will definitely stay again. November 10, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not as good as in the past We have stayed at this location several times, but this time our stay was lacking. Upon checking in, I was not greeted as a reward member. The bathtub did not drain, and it was after midnight before anyone came to fix it (after a second phone call). We had to go out into the hallway to find the repairman to get it fixed. I asked for the sheets on the bed to be changed after our first night since they were dirty, but they were not changed. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was broken. Overall, this location is going downhill in a hurry as far as service and repair. November 2, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Bad experience, bath room sink was stopped up, no hot water! Clerk was not very helpful at all, said it might take 10-12 minutes for water to heat up. Total nightmare this time. They can and have done much better than this before. October 30, 2014
