Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best bang for the buck I have stayed in this HIE multiple times over the last 3-4 years. It is always clean, great amenities, bed, pillows, quiet. It far exceeds other brands that I where I used to stay. I've stayed at HIE in at least 10 states. When traveling I choose the city I stay based on availability of HIE. February 25, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wolfforth Holiday Inn I normally stay at a Holiday Inn Express and have always had a great experience, but would be cautious of staying at this one again. When turning the sheets back on one of the beds we found potato chips between the sheets, making me wonder if the sheets had been changed at all or if there was a disgruntled maid working there. Also, the TV channels weren't very clear they had a lot of static in the picture. Other than that the stay was pleasant. February 24, 2015

The bed and pillows were luxurious and led to a relaxing nights rest. I would definitely recommend this Hotel. February 21, 2015

Front desk staff at check-in was not friendly at check-in, did not recognize IHG Platinum, welcome Bonus points never mentioned or posted until I inquired twice. Water in tub drained slow, ask for it to be addressed on day of arrival and 2 days later, issue was never taken care of. Bed was comfortable. Rate provides best value in the area. Nicole from another location was working one evening and was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Thanks Nicole! February 21, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by lousey Don't bother staying in that hotel. Dirty, noisy, horrible breakfast, staff needs training in hospitality. manager needs to take charge and fix all the problems. Maintenance of broken things are not taken care of. Pool and pool area needs cleaned every night. February 18, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Experience just ok Room had a weird smell to it. Local school bus barn is just outside back side windows. Heard every back up beeper as busses were leaving in the morning. Could not get copy of receipt from desk clerk when leaving since "you are using your points". Could not convince her otherwise. Stayed in OKC three nights later and did not have an issue getting printout of charges as I checked out. Overall, just ok. Been at much better, but have also been at worse. February 16, 2015
