Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Family stay Our room was nice had a comfortable bed. The ice machine did not work on 3rd floor. Treadmill was broke in fitness room. No towels in swimming area. The mail box in front of hotel was on the ground with bricks just laying there. Didn't make a nice invite to your hotel as trash was there also.. Your breakfast was nice.. July 21, 2015

So glad to get a comfortable bed to sleep in. Your staff is always pleasant and very helpful. So glad to find your hotel in most places we vacation to. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by The ammenities were not functioning I booked this hotel online, based on the ammenities that they claimed to have. When I got there, the gym was out of service, the ice makers were out of service (except the one on the first floor), the jacuzzi did not warm, and when I went to use the business center to print up my directions home, the printer didn't work. I asked the front desk lady about the printer and she said that they have been having trouble with it lately and there was nothing she could do. I explained that my daughter and I have to go home, 7 hours away, and because we drive through desolate areas, the gps will not work. I have to print the directions. She again said that there was nothing that she could do. For the record, she was the only front desk person that was not nice. The others were very helpful. The breakfast was horrid. We ended up going out for breakfast because the food that was supposed to be hot, like the eggs and sausage, were cold. The food that was supposed to the cold, like the milk, was warm and sour. Not a good experience at all. July 14, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rude Front Desk and Filthy Room I stayed here after attending a funeral and was appalled. It's a beautiful hotel on the outside but I quickly learned that's where it ended. I booked the room and requested early check in. Upon arrival I asked the lady at the front desk if it would be possible. She stated they do not allow for early check in and never have due to needing time to clean the rooms #this was funny to me later because they obviously don't spend much time on this). It was not what she was saying but the attitude in which she was saying it.. butttttt then without hesitating she checked me in early. So first question.. Do they are do they not allow early check in? I went up to my room and got settled and put some sodas I brought into the fridge. It didn't seem to be cooling properly but I was too tired to complain about it. I decided to grab ice and handle it that way. Ice machine on my floor was not working and smelled horrible. So for the rest of the stay I went to the second floor to get ice. Later on that evening I dropped something beside the bed and reached to grab it. I could see a dirty sock from a previous guest which is disgusting. There were toenail clippings on the floor near the chair which is disgusting as well. The next morning I got up gathered my things and headed out. There were two cleaning carts in the hallway which made getting out difficult. Another was in the elevator and she was in no hurry to get out of the way. None of the three attempted to move or say excuse me. Not sure why they were even there because obviously the room cleanliness is not important to this hotel nor is customer service. I will never stay here again and I urge anyone else considering it to not be surprised with the nice look stops at the door. June 7, 2015
