Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Woodland One night stay to visit my son at school in Davis. Front desk greeted us warmly, check in took a minute, was given a priority club gift. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and up to date, there were plenty of bathroom supplies. Would definitely stay here again. April 25, 2013

Desk people very courteus and knowable very helpfulmI requuested a n early cleanmout and was done very fast also requuested late checkout was no problefront desk lady provided good information about a nice place to go for dinner and alsomgave us a discount card Imalways willmstay in this place. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Internet I have stayed at this motel several times in the past mostly because of the service and transportation to the airport and the only problem I have had is with the internet service. It is virtually none existent. Don't count on using your computer if you stay here. April 13, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Chillin at the Holiday Inn So far, so good. An employee moved his car for me to park. Great lemonade. A really nice workout center right next door. The hot tub was not working and it was fixed the next day. Indoor pool. Yes when i come back to Woodland, CA i would like to stay there again. I travel with my job a lot of us are on a day perdim limit for hotels it would be nice for us to get them a little cheaper this would help us out and we could stay in more of your hotels. But as a Priority Member and being retired military if you have a room I would like to have my military discount applied. It was denied due to the hotel being at 90% occupancy. Yet I was given triple A discount with an upgrade. I would have just preferred my military rate. The strangest thing was 2 customers in front of me turned down a room due to price and then given directions to cheaper hotels. While I commend the receptionist for helping them finder less expensive hotels I would think that a loyal customer to your brand be extended the best rate available to them. We drove 30 extra miles just to stay at a HI Express. I'm starting to believe loyalty isn't a two way street. Finally no one has yet offered us our free night that we've earned and haven't used to date. April 7, 2013

I found the HIE in Woodland though my Priority Club website and was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of service, hotel amenities, closeness to downtown Woodland, and access to freeways. So without a doubt a good choice. March 31, 2013
