this was our second stay at this facility in just over a month. wehad stayed here on our trip down south from a family making the reservation. we were so comfortable that on our return trip home we choose to stay there again. we will be making more trips to see family and plan on staying here again

Great location, central Shenandoah Valley -reasonable rates - easy on and off interstate. Facility relatively new, rooms clean and comfortable. Staff pleasant and very helpful. Highly recommend --

We were so tired from traveling, the beds were very good, great night sleep, took some breakfast on the run and it was pretty good.

Hotel looks nice outside and in. It is in a nice location and quiet. The bed was not the most comfortable but the room was very clean and a nice size. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this one and stay there again if I was in the area.

The room was wonderful. Quiet, clean & great layout. TV & remote worked great. Staff was very helpful. Even called the room once to make sure everything was OK. Plenty of excellent restaurants in the area, < .2 mile away. Joe's Stake House (about 1 mile away) was especially good. Will most certainly stay here again.

I have stayed at this location a number of times but my room request is always a problem even though I indicate my preference in the reservation and call beforehand. We are Platinum Members but you wouldn't know it by their response. This time around the General Manager tried to make it right . Most times we are given a room facing the highway. Heater was not good ,most times blowing cold air. Breakfast overall is good but frozen english muffins were put out at breakfast and coffee isn't always hot.
Asked for sheets to be changed and placed card on bed but they weren't changed. Shower curtain needed laundering.

My job often requires that I stay in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. When that is required, I always stay at the Woodstock - Shenandoah Valley, in Woodstock VA. The rooms are in excellent condition and comfortable, the staff, (all of them), are very cordial and accommodating, and the cost is very reasonable. I highly recommend this facility for any business or pleasure traveler.

We left before breakfast was served so we are unable to comment on the quality and quantity of the food. The rest of our stay was restful and hassle-free. The staff was polite and friendly and the room was clean and well-appointed with a large screen TV, refrigerator and microwave. The hotel is conveniently located close to a major highway.
