Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by On making a rewards night reservation online When I attempted to make a "rewards night" reservation at this Motel on this Date, there were NO rooms available. Therefore I direct called the reservation desk at the Holiday Inn Express in Woodward, Ok., and asked to make a "rewards night" reservation. They told me that they would make me a "regular" reservation, but when I checked out, to "let them know that I wanted to use my rewards points, and they would do that at that time. When I checked in on the 10th of Oct., the front desk clerk had to call the IHG Rewards people and change my reservation to a "rewards night" reservation. What's up with that? If there were rooms available when I made my reservation with the Woodward, Ok. front desk, why wasn't there a room available as a "rewards night" room when I attempted an online reservation?
