Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Will not be staying again I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Woodway on several occasions over the past 5 years but will not be staying there again. I booked my reservation in advance and had to leave a day early. I was refused a refund for the day and night that I paid for in advance. Unacceptable! I expected better service since I am a Platinum Member. Too bad really as I have referred dozens of people to your hotel. March 6, 2013
