The desk manager on duty did not find it objectionable that the religious programming in the breakfast area was depicting ALL Muslims as anti-American terrorists. After two different guests complained, he reluctantly changed the channel after I told him that his personal religious views should not represent Holiday Inn. Although I am not Muslim, I was offended by the hate speech and the lack of concern of the manager.

Front desk would not change my room type for me. She would not even try because she wanted to get back on the phone with her friend. The toilet seat was falling off, and the shower would not drain. It was Christmas and they would not fix it or change rooms for me. I stay 150+ nights a year in ICH hotels and will never stay here again.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times... I am a business traveler... I find this hotel very consistent... all facets, food, cleanliness, comfort, etc... all are exceptional. The hotel does not pick up the highway noise... the staff is always very helpful. The only thing you have to watch out for are Baylor game weekends... because it will be Full! Enjoy!

had to stay in Waco via going to Austin for Formula 1 Grand Prix. Beds were comfortable - staff were mediocre. Gonzales and Forth Worth Holiday Inns much better

I have had the honor to work on a project in Waco over the last 12 months. I stayed at the Woodway facility every time. The staff is wonderful, helpful and very friendly.
Only suggestion is to consider purchasing some weights for the fitness center.
Thanks to the staff for always making reservations via email for me. It was much appreciated.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel was full because of Parent Weekend and it was very quiet. the beds and pillows are very comfortable. I did not want to get out of bed. The mini fridge in the room is a plus for cold drinks.
