Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by had my personal belongings thrown away booked a non smoking room because I am highly allergic to smoke i told them this and i was still placed in a smokers room. then and my 2nd day the cleaning staff thrown my specialty shampoo conditioner and body wash and my little brothers brand new swimming trunks. my skin is allergic to a lot of things so i have to use expensive specialty soup that can only be found online because of this i could not bathe properly or wash my hair the last 2 days i was there which cause me to breakout i reported it immediately, the only compensation i was given was 2,000 reward points i'm not happy the hotel said they would call me i have never received a call or email form them. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Woonsocket Stayed at this property for a little over a week during a recent business stop in Rhode Island. As far as HIE goes, this one is just average. My room was clearly designated as non-smoking, but upon check-in it was apparent that wasn't the case. Staff used a terrible air freshener to cover up the smell, which only made it smell worse. Other than that, a pretty average stay for me. Typical comfy beds and complimentary toiletries etc. Pool looked to be clean and functional.Staff went the extra mile for me, as I was unable to check out in person due to a hospitalized illness during my stay, and they made sure my belongings were safe until I could return to retrieve them. Would recommend this property based on this alone. August 29, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Slightly below average and needs updates. Overall the hotel appeared poorly maintained. The A/C in the room was configured to run based on a motion sensor thus no working A/C at night. Result was a hot uncomfortable room that was difficult to sleep in. The room comfort other than the A/C issue was alright. The furniture was quite dated eyesore but functional. If you are just passing through it works for a night but I wouldn't want to spend an extended amount of time there. August 16, 2014
