Hotel staff were welcoming and efficient, with a quick check in/check out.. Breakfast offered a wide variety of items to choose from - more than most hotels offer. October 27, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Location great! This Holiday Inn was close to Blackstone and Providence. Very comfortable suite with plenty of room. Always plenty of parking and the Patriot's Diner (across the parking lot) is 24 hours, has good food, and is a local favorite. I would stay at this Holiday Inn again! October 24, 2014

It's convenient and provides everything needed when traveling in southern New England. Check-in and check-out are quick and easy and the breakfast offerings, while not gourmet, are fine to start the day. October 22, 2014

Instead of just telling us how to get CC on the TV they came up to room and set it for us. the pool was nice and the breakfast was excellent! would go there if ever in area again. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fabulous Staff! We stay every year at this hotel. We know that the breakfast will be tasty and available early. The staff from the minute you walk in till you check out are fabulous. Super attitude, friendly and informative. They recognize you and make you feel at home. The outside of the property is always clean and well maintained. Beds are comfortable and the fitness room though small has basic equipment to start the day. The only down side for us, as we come in every year at the same time is the pool. Don't have your hopes up a definite downer. Green and smells horrible in that area. Other than that for affordability and a super stay wouldn't go anywhere else. October 19, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Things are changing... I have always had SUCH a good stay at this hotel. Primarily due to the excellent staff. I don't know what has changed in the past several months, but I didn't see one face that I knew. The clerk at the front desk was business-like, but not overly kind, happy or helpful. After I was ready for bed, I realized that there was only one pouch of coffee for the morning and it was decaf. I called the desk to ask if she could help me with a pouch of regular coffee and she just said "No, I'm the only person here." It seems to me that she could have offered to slide one under my door with my bill -- or while delivering bills - right? No offer to help out or apology. The other thing is that my shower curtain smelled very mildew-y -- I'm not used to that at this hotel. In general, I worry that the quality that kept me coming to that hotel and not staying closer to the airport is changing...and not for the better. October 18, 2014
