Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Slightly below average and needs updates. Overall the hotel appeared poorly maintained. The A/C in the room was configured to run based on a motion sensor thus no working A/C at night. Result was a hot uncomfortable room that was difficult to sleep in. The room comfort other than the A/C issue was alright. The furniture was quite dated eyesore but functional. If you are just passing through it works for a night but I wouldn't want to spend an extended amount of time there. August 16, 2014

One small thing was that staff was not always too friendly but this was compensated with everything else: good room, excelent breakfast, hotel apearance, comfort. We liked the stay. August 14, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Summer Family Vacation We were looking for hotels in the greater Northern RI area to stay for seven nights. We decided on this hotel because of the value and location to our activities. The staff was very courteous and helpful for the entire week. The food was very good and the beds were extremely comfortable. The manager met us and she was very cordial and friendly. The Mendon Road side of the hotel is rather noisy from large trucks and vehicle traffic during the day. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyway looking for great accommodations at a reasonable rate. August 7, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay Very clean and comfortable. Very nice bed linens and a selection of pillows; both firm and soft which was great. Complimentary breakfast was better than most. The staff was friendly and helpful and when we accidentally bought a movie, it was cleared up the next morning with no problem. A good little diner right next door. July 30, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Express - Woonsocket, RI The hotel itself was very good as is usual for any Holiday Inn, My issues was with the front desk staff. The woman didn't not seem to know her job or even care. She puit a hold on my credit card for more than the full amount of my stay at check in. I have never had this happen at any other Holiday Inn, usually it is a $50 hold at most until the end of the stay when all room charges are then charged to my card. WhenI questioned her about this she got snippy and told me that's how its done and could not explain what the extra charges were for and that they would "probably" come off at the end of my stay. She was not helpful at all to me or any of the other guests checking in. July 28, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Night shift staff We had left our phone charger in a previous hotel. The night shift staff were very helpful in that they let us use a charger they had on hand, writing down our name and room number, so that my husband and I would be able to keep in contact the next day as my husband had to work and I needed to know when he would be finished for me to pick him up. I am sure most hotels would not have done this! I really appreciated them!!!! They were a life saver!!!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!! July 27, 2014
