We had left our phone charger in a previous hotel. The night shift staff were very helpful in that they let us use a charger they had on hand, writing down our name and room number, so that my husband and I would be able to keep in contact the next day as my husband had to work and I needed to know when he would be finished for me to pick him up. I am sure most hotels would not have done this! I really appreciated them!!!! They were a life saver!!!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

Was an overall good stay- was looking to relax in the pool but it was dirty and the smell of chlorine would knock you out.

As a platinum member I stay at many HIE's. This one I found clean and everything you would expect at an HIE. The issues I have are with service.. when I arrived, my request for room type were not honored or checked against the reservation or my online profile. They were sold out so there was nothing for the desk to do but to say they were sorry. Second, for a hotel with 5 floors, only one ice machine was working and none of the drink machines were working. Unless I'm mistaken, hotels are in the service industry....
Attention needs to be paid to this..

Customer service was great Sam and Val at the front desk were a pleasure to deal with and handled my room issues promptly,(just beware there are renovations being done on the forth floor) The front office manager was a little rude at first cause she seemed to have gone out of her way to make sure i knew there was no smoking in the hotel before i even finished checking in and felt judged for having tattoos and being from New York / New Jersey. other than that everyone else at the hotel was great.

Since I am in a wheelchair, and need accessible facilities, I was very happy with your facilities. Everything was set up perfectly for those of us in need of handicapped facilities. I do appreciate this!

If your looking for a clean room and a friendly staff , and a nice breakfast, you ll find it here. If you need clear reception, channel choices, a fitness room with weight resistance , and a refrigerator, you'll need to look somewhere else.

one of front desk staff was very rude about my inquiry of room not being cleaned. other staff on front desk were helpful though with local attractions and suggestions. hotel hosted soccer and lacrosse teams per a contract, but seemed very put out and upset kids were in the hotel. we had to stay there so we thought we would have a hotel that were friendly to kids. other parents mentioned how surly she was to them.
breakfast was great, cleaning staff was great. many choices for breakfast and very good.
