Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Too familiar I have stayed in this facility for some portion of the last 33 wks since June 1, 2012. Last week I had a desk chair that the pneumatic cylinder was bad and would not keep the seat at a comfortable working height. I requested a different chair on Monday, and checked out on Thursday without anything being done. The facility was very busy last week, but it seems that because of being a familiar guest I was not taken seriously. Product loyalty is a two way street. May 28, 2013

Accommodations are very comfortable and the room is always clean. There is a full service restaurant within walking distance. Highly recommend this property! April 2, 2013

I have stayed in hotels in many locations, in the U.S. and out, and this facility and the team who work there have always been exemplary in their attitudes and desire to serve and satisfy the customer. While being hundreds of miles from home the Worthington Holiday Inn Express team help make me feel as close to home as possible. March 6, 2013
