Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed / inconsistent service The phone in our room didn't work. The front desk staff was unable to answer questions about the phone. Housekeeping was inconsistent. One day they did not leave any towels and another they did not replace the empty tissue box. They also did not replace items such as tea bags and plastic laundry bags. The "fresh" fruit at breakfast consisted of green bananas and mealy apples. The room door creaked loudly when opening and closing. On the last day we asked for and received a late check-out (12:30) but our room key stopped working at 11:00. We went to the front desk three times for a new key, but each time it didn't work (the last time, the manager came out and showed them how to do it, but even that key did not work). Each of these issues by itself could be considered relatively minor but overall they detracted from our satisfaction with our stay. November 7, 2014

Hotel is very well maintained. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The location adds to quiet atmosphere. Always return to this hotel when in locale. November 1, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Fan in the bathroom cannot be turned off. There is an overhead "exhaust fan" in the bathroom that cannot be turned off. Staff informed us that all the rooms have these. They offered extra bathroom rugs to try to dampen sound when room closed. However, this is very annoying when you are trying to sleep. Will not stay at this facility again. Have stayed at many holiday inn express facilities and have never experienced this before. November 1, 2014
