The staff was so professional and accommodating in getting my booking transferred from another hotel and they were able to honor all of my requests. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Funiture in Rooms I do feel that all the rooms should have a small couch or at least a reliner so that after coming back to the room a person can sit down and relax. I do not enjoy sitting on the bed to watch tv or at the deck in the hardback chair. You should be able to sit and be comfortable. I have stayed at this Holiday Inn before and the rooms have have these features but all the rooms should. February 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful 2 nights My experience at this York Holiday Inn was great. Staff was so helpful and rooms were spotless. My room was cleaned early so I could enjoy rest of day. Breakfast was super and such a variety of items and all hot ! Would definitely stay here again and this was my 6th time and had same experience every time.....Kuddos to management. :-) Vicki. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room door lock problem After the 1st night there, we found that there was a problem with the room door. When the room door was closed, it looked like it was locked, but it never was, so the door was open for a whole night! We didn't know until the next day. We reported to the Hotel, and the Hotel admitted it and fixed the door right away (very thanks to Kathy January 30, 2015
