Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Reunion Week in Youngstown We appreciate the ease and comfort of this Holiday Inn Express. This time we are in town for my 50th class reunion and our hotel made our stay so much more rewarding. Great location to family and friends, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, etc. We have stayed here in the past and will always come to this property when in Youngstown. The staff is friendly and welcoming and it seems that the housekeepers and maintenance people are always doing something around the public space to keep the place spotless and in good operating order. We encourage travellers to stay at this hotel any time of the year as we have been here in Winter at times and it is an awesome spot to cozy up in as well. September 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay The staff was first class, from reservations, check in and thru checkout they were very helpful, accommodating, and very friendly. I especially appreciated the managers complimentary social hour, in the commons area. I also recommend the breakfast, with the staff keeping the break area very clean and neat. My special thanks goes out to the entire staff for making me feel at home. September 27, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stained Towel in Bathroom The hotel appeared to be new or almost new. It was clean, attractive, up-to-date and comfortable. As I mentioned in the survey, reaching for a clean towel after a shower and finding a red-stained towel in my hands was very unsettling. The front desk personnel acknowledged the problem, agreed to supply a new towel, but did not seem unduly concerned about the situation. Emotional trauma? No Discomfort, Yes! I think some compensation should have been offered to me in the situation. I would have been horrified if one of my personal house guests would have indicated a similar situation in my home. Believe me, I would have acted quickly and with great discretion. September 1, 2015
