I have stayed at this location many times. I usually do not write reviews but I thought this was worth while. The property is pretty standard as far as Holiday Inn Expresses go. However, after the first couple of stays they called me by name and are very welcoming. They recognize Priority Club members and offer upgrades when available. I enjoy my stays and especially wanted to recognize Jack, evening shift, for his hospitality.

We have stayed in a lot of HolidayInn Express facilities. If this was our first experience, we would never return. Usually the breakfast help cleans & makes sure the food items are refilled. Not the case here. Tables weren't wiped, juice was so watery it was tasteless--all 3 types. There appeared to be no one around working this area. When asked how everything was by desk help when leaving, I mentioned that the breakfast area needed tending, that it wasn't kept up as well as others we visited. The clerk was very defensive, rude and not at all nice. I come from a business background that taught me that if there is a problem, once you know about it, you can do something about it. This certainly wasn't the attitude there.

The Holiday Inn in Yukon, OK ALWAYS makes their hotel a "Home away from Home" for me. They are ALWAYS so friendly, attentive and concerned that my stay is pleasant. They greet me by addressing me by my first name and continue to recognize me until I am walking out the door. The hotel and staff get an A+++++ in my books.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and friendly atmosphere of this hotel and it's staff. I even checked out and left the hotel before realizing I had forgotten my pillow in the room, and when I called they already had it bagged with my name on it at the front desk. I was so thankful!!

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn a few times and the service is pretty much the same each visit-great. The staff were professional and during one stay, they "guided" me to the hotel via cell phone because the main highway had been closed because of an accident. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and includes a small microwave and fridge unit (which were very handy). Additionally, the hotel was extremely quiet the evenings that I stayed-it was very easy to get some rest. Breakfast is served until mid-morning and there are a variety of choices handy; from fruit to cereal to a hot breakfast (items such as waffles, toast, meat/gravy with biscuits and bacon and eggs the days I stayed there). The Oklahoma City Outlet mall is just an (easy) few minutes drive from the hotel and there are a wide range of dining options around the hotel (from fast food to "sit down dining"; many around the hotel or within a few highway exits from the hotel). The location couldn't be any better and I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers.

It is a nice hotel, staff is great. The sitting area for breakfast could be enlarged, could not seat everyone that came to breakfast, had to wait for people to leave to get a table. Time consuming for crowds on weekends without enough dining seats.
Room very nice, but Saturday's room clean did not get to our room until 4 p.m. very late in the day. Seemed to be low on staff for room cleaning. But maids were very nice and helpful.
Had a wedding party staying there over the weekend and they were very noisy and rude.
Overall I would stay again, just not as enjoyable as other stays at other name hotels.
