These folks get it right all of the time!. I have stayed here once a year since they open. I cant enough good stuff about them . I judge all other IHG hotels to their standard! GOOD JOB

Our stay here was very pleasant. The room was quite large, very clean, and adequately furnished. The staff and personnel were extrememly efficient and helpful in providing assistance with directions during our stay. We especially enjoyed the lovely breakfast room, which had very good food and was constantly being monitored. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We were on our way to Arizona when we encountered the remnants of a snow storm. The staff went out of their way to check the weather on our route. They were both friendly and helpful. We had a good night's sleep in the comfortable bed and continued on our way next morning. We have been staying in this hotel for a few years and would highly recommend it.

We stay at this Holiday Inn Express when traveling west in the fall and east in the spring. It is the nicest Holiday Inn Express we have stayed in. It is always in perfect shape and extremely clean. The staff is welcoming and helpful. It continues to look as if it is new, We highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was great. We had a very enjoyable time in Yukon. The only thing was when we went down to Breakfast, we met a man and boy with a dog. It was not a service dog. A service dog will not go up to other people in a room. This dog went up to a lady at another table. I believe they should have to provide papers to prove they are really service dogs. We love dogs and we have one, however we wouldnt take her to a hotel that said No Dogs Allowed. Other wise a wonderful weekend.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights. Had a family reunion in the lounge. All 14 of us were very comfortable and enjoyed our brief stay. We soaked in the whirlpool and swam in the heated pool. Breakfast was very good with nice choices. Very good coffee. Bottled fresh drinking water was a plus and free. Logan's Resturant and Lowes hardware were right next door. Braums banana splits and usual good fast food was two minutes away. This hotel is just the perfect place to stay in the OK City area.
We will return!

I've stayed at this location at least four times, largely due to the convenience of the location. Unfortunately, this may be the last time. Here are the reasons:
1. Staff needed to see my AAA card... Again! No "please", no "thank you". You would think after all the stays at this location they could make note that my AAA membership is active and in order.
2. The rooms cards did not work on the exit doors. This is the third time this has happened. Why is this inconvenient? When you're moving luggage from the parking in the back of the hotel and card does not work on any of the doors (back or sides), carrying the luggage from the back to the front of the hotel is very inconvenient. Then, before the front desk person checked the card, she first told me that I probably wasn't using the card properly and/or the doors needed to be pushed harder as they sometimes jam. She then did something to the card to correct her error, and then it worked. And then, no "I'm sorry for the inconvenience sir".
3. A positive attitude goes a long way, even when mistakes are made. This front desk staff needs to find a positive attitude and some more training on very basic customer service skills.

I had just left a previously booked hotel from an online booking company that was horrible. The staff at the Holiday Inn Yukon were very kind and compassionate towards me and were very quick to provide me a room for me and my children.
The room was very spacious and clean. I had a great sleep, and felt very safe! The breakfast room was nice and inviting.
Overall my experience was great and I would recommend my friends and family here.
We didn't get to enjoy the pool but it looked great!

We selected this location because we were attending a wedding, and others were staying here also. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and accommodating. The room was large and clean. The only negative comment I have is that the bed was very firm, which is not comfortable to me. We left before the breakfast was available. Luckily, there is a Starbucks very near. If I were coming to Yukon again, I would likely stay here.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights at the end of May and beginning of June. The hotel was squarely in the crosshairs of the large tornado that did so much damage in El Reno on May 31st as it was headed east along Interstate 40 and this hotel sits within a stones throw of that highway. As you can imagine, during when the tornado sirens were blaring and a hotel filled with people not familiar with the emergency evacuation procedures, it was incredibly tense. The staff of this facility was superb. They remained calm, directed guests where to go in order to remain safe, and were well trained for this type of occurence. They really deserve to be commended by the ownership and management of this hotel as they went above and beyond for the guests. Well done and you set an example for what it means to remain calm in a crisis...a crisis of the worst kind.

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Yukon, Oklahoma. The staff was very friendly and I appreciated how they went out of their way to help. My family was displaced by the tornado that hit Moore and they gave us a larger room for the same price.

This is a great hotel and well run. Super clean and very accomodating. Fresh everyhthing...food, linens, etc. highly reccomend it. Very convenient to Logan's Restaurant( across the parking lot) And many places to eat . Stores close by and adjacent to the property. In spite of being close to I-40, it is also very quiet. Good place!

We were in town for my nephews graduation. This hotel was very clean, inside and out. Staff was super friendly. The indoor pool was very nice. Had a pool, hot tub, and sauna. The jets in the hot tub were not working while we were there, but we still enjoyed it. The executive suite we stayed in was huge and very nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we will for sure stay here again.

I can not say enough about how wonderful this hotel and staff were to me during my month long stay. They were professional yet personal. The staff called me by name upon entering or leaving as if I was an old friend. The day I was actually moving out of the hotel the housekeeping staff was waiting to enter the elevator. As I pulled my cart away they all responded that they hated to see me go. I felt like I was saying good bye to old friends. This hotel is very clean with attention to every detail. Not only was the room large and spacious, the hotel sits in a prime location with easy access from I-40 and close enough to restaurants that you can easily walk to fast food or fine dining. As a woman traveling alone I never questioned my safety. Always a big concern for me when deciding where to stay.
If there was any con in my stay, it would have to be the bed. It probably is okay for most travelers, however due to a back injury I require a more plush mattress. One other small issue would be that there was only one elevator so there was some wait time involved when traveling to the higher floors. I would give this hotel and staff a 4.99.

I have traveled to Yukon many times since March, 2010. I have always chosen this hotel to stay in. My first visit was March 2010 and my latest was March the weekend of March 15th, 2013. I appreciate the clean atmosphere of this hotel. It is noted that they do not allow animals or smoking in their hotel which is wonderful for me. This is good for people who might have allergies or do not like smoking. The rooms are clean, beautifully decorated, the staff is friendly and outgoing and the food choices for breakfast are great. I always book in advance and find the value for the price is fantastic.

Breakfast is not designed for the long time stay guest despite having a number of long term stay suites. Variety with some fresh vegetables would be extremely helpful. Jalapenos and salsa?
The other thing is that the TV in the rooms is pre-set to Fox News. Don't know if the owner/management is a right wing nut case, but this is extremely irritating for those of us who don't watch Fox. Was told that the channel used to be a programming guide channel which seems not to exist at this time. Putting one back in and having the TV to default to it or the Weather Channel would be more acceptable.

I have stayed at this location many times. I usually do not write reviews but I thought this was worth while. The property is pretty standard as far as Holiday Inn Expresses go. However, after the first couple of stays they called me by name and are very welcoming. They recognize Priority Club members and offer upgrades when available. I enjoy my stays and especially wanted to recognize Jack, evening shift, for his hospitality.

We have stayed in a lot of HolidayInn Express facilities. If this was our first experience, we would never return. Usually the breakfast help cleans & makes sure the food items are refilled. Not the case here. Tables weren't wiped, juice was so watery it was tasteless--all 3 types. There appeared to be no one around working this area. When asked how everything was by desk help when leaving, I mentioned that the breakfast area needed tending, that it wasn't kept up as well as others we visited. The clerk was very defensive, rude and not at all nice. I come from a business background that taught me that if there is a problem, once you know about it, you can do something about it. This certainly wasn't the attitude there.

The Holiday Inn in Yukon, OK ALWAYS makes their hotel a "Home away from Home" for me. They are ALWAYS so friendly, attentive and concerned that my stay is pleasant. They greet me by addressing me by my first name and continue to recognize me until I am walking out the door. The hotel and staff get an A+++++ in my books.
