This hotel looked good on the outside, but the room and service quality was fair for a Holiday inn express.
-TV did not work
-Staff forgot express checkout

Good sleep for the money, the staff was very friendly but the location wasn't what we wanted. Overall it was just fine.

Customer service was second to none. The young lady at the desk was exceptional.
I am sure the hotel meets the ADA regulations for accessibility, however, the lay out of the bathroom was not acceptable for the needs of my son. It took three of us to assist him onto the commode due to the positioning of the sink.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The staff was friendly, the room was cleaned and the food was great. we needed additional towels and in less than 4 minutes the front desk was knocking at our door with clean towels.

This was a last minute decision to stay at this hotel. We were ahead of schedule by one day and the hotel we reserved in Jacksonville couldn't get us in a day early. This Holiday Inn Express had availability; we were grateful we had a place to stay. It was a very late check-in and I asked the person at the front desk if they had used the credit card I reserved the room with; if not I wanted to switch. She said nothing had been done with the previous card therefore I gave her another card. There was hair in the bathroom that wasn't ours and the drain in the shower wasn't working properly therefore we had to shower as the tub filled up. Before we left I advised the front desk of the tub problem and decided to verify that the correct credit card was used. The person behind the desk wearing a wig and fake nails (one missing from each hand) informed me that a hold for the full amount was put on one card and the other was charged in the full amount. This was the first hotel of a 10 day trip and the worst. The rest of the trip we stayed at multiple hotels of another chain and were very satisfied with the staff and rooms with that chain.

Hotel very clean and once the man at the desk finally showed up the check-in was good. I do believe the price was too high because the other hotels in the area were full. As a Club card holder it should have been less expensive.

Had requested adjorning rooms due to grandchildren traveling with me. I ck in on a Saturday about 1:00pm. One of the tolits was not working and I was told I could move, BUT since grands were traveling with me I choose not to move and ask for a maintenance to fix it and was told he was gone and would not be back until Monday that they did not have 24 hr coverage. Was told they would give me a discount on bill. Was only given $20 discount for not having but one tolit for 6 people during my stay. I felt that the management could have done better, at least come to room to see if he could have fix it. It was just not an enjoyable stay. I stayed at Yulee/Fernadina Fl. location off I95.
