Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by THE HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:) TO BEGIN WITH PRESENTATION OF HOTEL IS GREAT, CHECK IN EXPERIENCE WITH SARA AT FRONT DESK WAS TOP CLASS SERVICE EXPLAINING ALL AMENITIES AND GREAT TO KNOW THAT THEY HAD A SOCIAL HOUR WITH FREE DRINKS FOR GUEST. UPON ENTERING ROOM CLEANINESS WAS SUPERB FRESH TOWELS, VERY WELL FITTED BEDS AND CLEAN RESTROOMS, BREAKFAST IN MORNING EXCELLENT AND HOT COFFEE AND CINNAMONROLLS. BEEN A REGULAR TO THIS PROPERTY SINCE NEW MANAGER CHRIS CAME ON BOARD IT HAS CHANGED DRAMATICALLY. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.. January 16, 2014

Ever since then u have seen nothing but improvements. Their rooms are nice & clean, carpets smell fresh & staff is professional & friendly. Breakfast choices are hot and fresh. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a safe, classy and friendly environment. November 3, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by dirty linens, bathroom, shower broke First of all our checkin was for 3pm we were with the Chapa wedding that was going to start at 2 pm. We had to call and change our checkin time. When we arrived I noticed several things right away thst I was not happy with. The shower was not working we had to use use a ice bucket to bathe. I called front desk and she suggested sending a maintenance man . I was in the middke of a bath and didnt have time for thst. I noticed hair around the tub and their was a live roach on the bathroom floor. That nit we get to the room and their is crumbs in the bedsheets not to mention blood stains . It was the worse stay . These housekeepers are not doing their jobs nor the maintenance man . This all goes back to Management for not following uo. August 21, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful service I was there for a funeral and the staff was so welcoming. There were so nice and courteous I haveono complaints about this hotel. They even were very understanding when I told them I need a later check out. The lady at the front desk to me I don't want you to have to worry about that. Whenever the service are done you can come check out. That was such a relief will all of the things going on. I would defiantly refer more people there. Thank you foe making my staff such a wonderful experience. August 12, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by overall bad experience on stay checked in to hotel did not get greeted as a priority club member and paper work was not ready had to wait on clerk there was no other customers at the time went to room did it did not have fridge as requested went back to front desk changed to other room and did not have fridge again went to front desk again while carrying bags and clothes finally got another room with fridge. The next morning I was checked out and advised manager i was staying another 2 nights as I arranged when checked in. I got in around 6:00 pm and room was not clean advised front desk about issue clerk said they would be right there 3 hours later cleaning crew went by and did not clean or leave clean towels or any thing. The next day told manager about the issue she was kind of rude and did not offer to make it right barely said she was sorry I checked out early and she did not even thank me for my stay. I am a platinum club member and have been for 2 years this is one of the worst experience yet February 17, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad experience on stay to whom it may concern stayed 2 nights in Zapata Tx booked a room with king size bed when checked in paper work was not ready had to wait room did not have a refrigerator went to front desk they assigned another room with out a fridge asked if they could take one to my room waited about 30 min never got fridge had to go to front desk again changed rooms again all this time I had to be moving my bags around. Next nigh got in around 6:00 pm room was not clean went to front desk and they told they were behind and that they would be right there. They got there 3 hours later did not clean my room or leave clean towels next morning spoke to manager she was rude and did not offer to make things right did not even thank me for the stay when checking out. The clerk did not greet me as a priority club member or offer the usual water or snack bag when checking in over all it was a very bad experience on the stay February 17, 2013
