Staff very helpful, and most have good English skills. Great breakfast buffet. Access to pool and gym at Crown Plaza a big plus. Within walking distance to Airport Express bus that picks up and drops off at Civil Aviation Hotel.

The staff is very helpful and warm.
1. Very poor sound proof. I can clearly hear people talk in the hallway.
2. no upgrade for Platinum Ambdassor: I thought the room upgrade is guaranteed for Platinum Ambdassor but I don't think I got any upgrade there.
3, They promised me extended checkout time until 2PM but when I got back to the room at 1PM, the key card was no longer work. I had to go all the way back to first floor to check. The staff explained it was because the key card lost function not because they forgot to extend. Well, whatever reason it is, its bad service.
Will not likely to stay there again. It is probably the worst IHG hotel I have ever stayed.

Although the service and 'hardware' of the hotel are more than satisfactory, this H.I. Express hotel is the most expensive one I've stayed in the past several years. It's even more expensive than those H.I. Express in 1st-tier cities. I'll not recommend my colleagues or friends to stay in this hotel when they go to Zhengzhou.

several pillow to select.
For breakfast, it is better that many kinds of food can be selected, but the kind of the fruit is not enough.
In addition, please send me email in Chinese in future.

I regualary stay at this hotel the rooms are adequate and modern the service is good and breakfast also had a wide choice.
If the public areas and spaces were upgraded such as the breakfast area carpet and reception area this hotel would score a much higher rating the rooms are fine but to be honest these details let the whole experience down
Please upgrade these areas Holiday Inn
