Rooms are of good quality and has been well maintained.
Customer service has to be improved alot. I have notice some staff being rude to customers and also shouting even when the customer is right or wrong.
I found the Customer Service are not properly in sync with each other, in the management of things.
I had reserved 2 rooms. 1 for 1 night, 1 for 2 nights.
My friends had checked out and had paid for the room before flying off.
When i tried to check out after the 2nd night, I was told that both rooms were unpaid and I had to pay for 2 rooms. i had mentioned that the 1st room was paid for already. The staff was not able to check their records or trace their receipts of payment.
I had to call my friend up and he had to provide a screenshot of the receipt before the staff is able to check on the payment status.
This has caused so much hassle to myself and my friend whom had to rummage his luggage in the middle of the airport for his hotel receipt.
I am totally dissatisfied with the service rendered to me. I hope this can be improved so that customer experience will be much pleasant when checking out.
I would do have to commend on the Free Shuttle Service to the Airport that is provided by the hotel, which is good given the close proximity to Zurich airport.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, der Preis stimmt, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Dass man aber die Fenster nicht öffnen kann ist ein grosser Nachteil und nur darum würde ich es nicht mehr buchen. Schade...

You should go eat at this hotel yourself, Mr. (or Mrs.) Surveyor, arrive like 10 pm and ask for nachos. Better, send your parents, who should be our age (70).
Let us know if they survived. And then, ask for a room with double beds, and tell your parents to sit on the edge on any of them. Let us know if they did not fall.
And don't be so greedy with the water in the shower. Put more pressure on it.
And instruct the people in the "dining"room at breakfast not to remove the plates and cups before you have finished. Its a matter of manners.
Best moment we had was when the hotel bus left for the airport, with us in it!
