Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Huge Bugs In The Bathroom My family and I had spent one of two nights at this location, but on the second night, had to check out at 1:00 a.m. in the morning because we found huge cockroach looking bugs in the bathroom. I posted pics for anyone to look at, and even warned other guests of these monster bugs! I am sickened by the condition of this hotel and will NEVER stay there again. The maintenance man used the hotel carts for transporting trash and dripped stinking, sticky liquid all over the cart and the carpet. The night clerk guy had inch long dirty finger nails and had no idea how to deal with any kind of challenge. Before the huge bug incident, I had walked by the front desk several times, and when the phone rang on two occasions, I heard him verbally complain about having to answer. The hotel stinks in some areas, there is no security and very few cameras. I absolutely do not recommend staying at this really is like a third world country experience, but the bugs in the bathroom were horrendous. Four inch flying cockroaches. I'm not making this up! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Issues with room Should've known when we arrived and room wasn't ready and we were there an hour after check in started. So we waited..... . once we got to room one light shade was loose or broken on a lamp and another lamp wasn't even able to be plugged into the wall outlet behind the front bed. The remote in the bedroom was broken also. On our way to the room, we encountered at least 3 huge cockroaches in the hallway. This definitely was d not the nicest holiday inn we have stayed in. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Family Trip I usually use this facility for business purposes. However this was a family vacation trip. Attending a Rangers game and two days at Six Flags were our plans and this facility is ideally suited for that purpose. We parked our vehicle and never started it for the three days we were there. We used the local Arlington Trolley service to and from the ballgame and the theme park. Our visit could not have gone any smoother and the service to and from the hotel were great with no parking hassles associated with a private vehicle. The staff were up to their usual standards. We will be returning for a business/leisure trip next month. July 21, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service during our stay While on my business trip and my wife was with me, we totally had a pleasant experience. Could no ask for any better service , cleanliness, or choice of breakfast items. Perla and Natasha were extremely pleasant and helpful with any questions at the front desk. I have to mention Rebecca, sales mgr, as well. When I first called and booked my room for 3 nights, I found she was from the same state I am and that opened a conversation for me to ask about what amenities and things to do. When I checked in, she was most helpful for us . Overall a very good experience during our stay and will choose this property on future business trips .
