Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bathroom Bathroom was a little small for my liking. Also, toilet leaked a little in the back. Because the bathroom is small you may need to get better lighting by the large mirror between bath and sleeping area therefore 2 people can put on makeup and do hair at the same time. May 19, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Beds and Bedding The beds are like bricks and the bedding is about 5 years overdue for replacement. I really like a firm mattress experience, but I do not/cannot sleep on a mattress that feels like I am laying on a cement block. The pillows were all filled with lumps and the bedding was scratchy and rough. The air handler was either on or off, no cycling. If it was on, it was noisy and the air blew directly over the beds. The rooms were not well insulated, I heard every sound made by my neighbors on both sides and the dancers above me, all night long. We got incorrect information from two different staffers about breakfast times and shuttle availability. All in all the place needs a serious makeover and staff training. There is no way I could recommend this place to anyone. BTW, as an IHG Rewards Club member, I expected something, a bottle of water, recognition when I checked in, something, but no, it meant nothing to them. May 14, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by an OK experience We were given a discount rate voucher to stay at this hotel by American Airlines as we missed our Flight due to bad weather and incompetence of AA gate staff at DFW airport. I have been a big fan of Holiday inn express as I have been staying there a lot recently. But this particular experience was not as stellar as my previous experiences. Room was not very clean. Bathroom sink was backing up and there was some smell in the room which was causing me to sneeze a lot. We didnt have much time to complain about anything, as we were tired due to the whole missed flight incident. So we ordered some food and went to bed, but I couldn't get a good night sleep due to some weird creaking and squeaking noise during the whole night. We got up early in the morning to get back to the airport so that we can catch our flight back home. Bath tub was backing up like the bathroom sink, so it didnt feel like we had a clean shower. Breakfast was okay. The only real positive aspect of this hotel was their courteous staff. I would probably stay somewhere else when I am back in that area. May 14, 2015

Hot fresh food, clean rooms, and a very helpful staff made our trip to Arlington so much easier. Thanks to all at the Hotel Staff for this great visit. May 12, 2015
