She was working so hard to keep food supplied and get everyone what they needed and all three trash cans were over flowing. She tried to keep up but it was crazy busy. She kept a smile on her face though. She was really sweet and on her toes. April 29, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by noisy air conditioner The fan is our room was very loud and did not turn off easily. Other than that the room is comfortable and clean. The staff at the desk did not greet us with a smile and that would have been nice. He was courteous but just not friendly. April 28, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Property need fixing I was in town for a family member wedding. When we first checked in the hotel was trying to charge us a different price. They said they would fix it. Got into our room 314 and above the window it was leaking water from the rain outside. Called front desk and told them. They came up to our room to give us towels. The man didn't want to come in and look. He said this is a big problem with this hotel. Next morning went to the bride room to take pictures of her getting her hair done. Walked into to the room 311 and the ceiling looks like it is falling in. The is a hole up there. My mom was in room 227 and her refrigerator did not work. Also in room 314 my room which is a suite the ac would not get cold. They even put a fan in our room and it didn't help. When we go to check out our bill said one thing and the hotel charged us another. While we waited for the manager to come to work the hotel recived 4 calls from the wedding party saying they have been over charged also. When the manger showed up she fixed my acct and returned the 103.50 I was over charged. My husband and I stay at holiday inn all over the US. We are even a priority member. But this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed with. I really hope this reaches someone high on the chain so this hotel can get fixed. April 22, 2015
