Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by quick visit/near downtown we have always lucked out with holiday inn hotels.So far from our stays in Dallas to Austin to San Antonio,the Holiday Inns have either been new or are being renovated. My only comment would be to you and to any hotel ,is maybe monthly, because I know sometimes labor hours are not always available,but look in corners and crannies. Do a deep cleaning monthly to get those nasty grimes and dust, dirt, and hair balls from the corners and near the floors and anything left on walls,especially in the bathrooms.cracks and marks should be painted as well also maybe every six months.I think doing a spring cleaning will save you money in the long run and your customers wont see the negative,but will enjoy their stay. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable My room was comfortable, but felt it was overpriced. The last day the room wasn't cleaned at all. When I told the front desk she only asked if we had left the "do not disturb" sign on the door, we hadn't, then asked if I needed towels. She said she didn't know why & couldn't find out until the cleaning staff came in on Wed. I never heard anything else. Still don't know why, but I wasn't happy about it. July 5, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy Air Conditioner Nice staff, great free breakfast. Room was average with HVAC noise and blowing right over the bed. I was told that the shuttle runs to the airport on the top and bottom of the hour but when the bottom of the hour came and went with no shuttle driver in sight and nobody staffing the front desk to ask what was happening I began to look for phone numbers for a cab. Finally the shuttle driver came into the lobby and said we would go in just a minute or two. He disappeared and returned six minutes later. The 9:30 shuttle left promptly and 9:45. Having been bumped from flights the day before this seemed a bit to casual to me. June 30, 2015
