Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No shuttle The overall stay was going well close to downtown great breakfast choices and easy access to the airport. I requested a shuttle to take me to the airport and waited for 45 minutes while I was staring at two Holiday Inn shuttles nicely parked in the entrance. The front staff was courteous and apologetic that the driver was on his way but never arrived. I had to make other transportation arrangements and extremely disappointed about the shuttle service. Boarded last just made it but cannot recommend to anyone staying at this location if needing shuttle service. February 1, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by nice place to visit first stay at a proper establishment in years, usually stay with friends or family but not an option this trip. booked the room because it was the closet/best value pet friendly property. didn't really care about much else so I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations: outside was well kept and tidy, lobby/public area was well kept and tidy, room was very well kept but not so tidy ( i kinda messed things up at night but the staff made it right each morning.) front desk staff were helpful and courteous. I know it's their job but it didn't feel like 'they have to be nice' to me. January 4, 2016
