Poor, would not stay there again or recommend it to friends. Other Holdiday Inn Express hotels have been much, much better. Gives Holiday Inn a bad image.

We arrived Barcelona jet lagged and exhausted. Additionally, there were problems with the reservations due to some inaccuracies with the the website. Marianna and her staff corrected everything on the spot even though we were using reward points to pay for our stay.
We could not have been more pleased with the accommodations, advice for local transportation & dining, and most importantly the staff.
Special thanks to Marianna and Kira for making our stay memorable.

As per my comments on review.
Check in experience by the Gentleman on reception was best we have ever had. He informed us about the hotel, area, restaurants, travel and transport and Barcelona in general in a short concise and helpful manner. The gesture was sincere and genuine. We upon arrival were unsure about location and what this would mean for our trip but within seconds of check in we were over the moon with our choice due to the information provided to us. If you can locate my booking please recognise the gentleman that check us in.
