I flew into Orlando and drove to Bartow for one night just for a funeral. It was after 9pm when I got there and my check in time was less than 5 minutes. The next morning I didn't have to check out the front desk took care of it. The room was clean; including the bathroom. There was complimentary Wi-Fi a clean microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom had complimentary bath and body works products which I absolutely loved!. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I slept great. I did not access the pool/gym. I took advantage of the complimentary breakfast which the staff was courteous when I accidently spilled something and rushed to clean it. I also used the business center to print out my boarding pass for airport and it was clean efficient and quick the printer worked well. Over all it was a good stay for the one night I was there.

Everything was ok except for the delay getting into the hotel, long wait checking in, and multiple trips trying to get a working room key. Very disappointing following long night of work.

I called the front desk 8-30 to make my reservation. The agent on duty told me the only available room was a suite. I then called the toll free # for reservations, and secured a std. dbl queen bed room.
I checked in the next afternoon, and same agent I spoke to day before on duty. when I told him who I was and I had reservation for regular room, I was told that was because it was a handicapped room, and that was all he had. The person who just checked in while I waited, that works with me, asked for a downstairs room, and the agent told HIM, they had 10 cancellations.
I ( gold Elite card) was only able to get a handicap room, and lies from the agent . he got a standard down stairs room for the asking. What kind of agents does this motel hire? when I tried to send this to customer care or contact us, BEHOLD, I only get an error Message.

When we arrived the front desk staff was quite helpful. Our room was much nicer than we expected

This was an enjoyable hotel to stay. The a/c worked wonderfully, nice and cold. Staff was very kind and helpful.
