Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by multiple problems at this location i usually love holiday in express but this location left me extremely disappointed. there was water inside the foyer and seemed to be dripping from the roof but could have been from the doorway. once in the room the toilet seat was barely hanging on by one bolt and there were only 2 kleenexes in the box. we smelled cigarette smoke in our room in the morning and it could have come from a staffer cleaning the room next to us, it got stronger as we were leaving and she exited the room and walked by us. also, there is 10 or 15 dollar charge to my credit card even though i prepaid, it could have been explained at reservation time as taxes and fees, i honestly do not remember but didn't receive an email bill copy to know for sure. The breakfast is such a great thing for girls who just want to get up and get going to the Antiques Week shopping. It is near shopping and restaurants too. April 10, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Simply southern Hospitality We stayed in this hotel while visiting some friends from out of town. Staff was extremely friendly and very welcoming. Hotel smelled wry clean when you walk through the lobby. Elevator was very slow, and was in need of TLC. Very slow/bumpy ride, and need some new interiors to better compliment the hotel. Our room was a very generous size and I was very happy with the complimentary snacks and water bottles that were provided. However, the walls are very thin and you can hear people in the rooms next to you, and above you. Also, the room was very stuffy and it took about an hour to get the air circulating correctly. The bes was very comfortable and clean, with a variety of firm and soft pillows. I was scared to bathe in our room since the tub was covered in rust stains. This would definitely have been a deal breaker if we had ended up staying longer than just the one night. The breakfast that is provided in the lobby was very good and had a great variety of food. Overall, we had a lovely stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is getting away for the weekend. April 1, 2015
