Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Parking needs to be addressed This hotel needs to revamp the parking situation. Parking is based on a first come, first serve. It makes you feel like once you check-in, don't move your car until you have completed your stay at the hotel. They have a parking overflow parking lot which is across the street, how safe is that? Don't forget anything in your car because it will be a hassle going to get it. January 28, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great room, poor front desk service The front desk staff seemed incompetent as our group booked a series of rooms. They gave one room to a guest that was paid for by another guest (both members of our group). Rather than just assign a new room to the last guest to arrive, they made the guest with the wrong room, move into a different room and the last guest to assume the room that had been stayed in for several hours. All without a cleaning. There is no reason why a room swap could not of occurred in the computer so that room shuffling did not have to happen. Other than that, the rooms were nicely appointed, cost was reasonable, and location to the mall and MIT was wonderful. January 26, 2016
