Room is nice and big, service is always great, and the pool is nice and refreshing. Always have decent rates too! June 21, 2016

The employers are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are great. However, this year the bed was more uncomfortable. Maybe it was just the specific room we were in or maybe the beds were changed from the last visit. But besides the stiffness and un-comfortableness of the bed, our overall stay was great! Negatives - slow elevator, and noisy children at the pool after 9 pm. Other than that, great location and good value, very close to Palm Springs and area attractions. June 2, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Opt out for this HIE property Avoid this property in PS, so many other options! My experience was less than great. I was in town for a wedding, thus didn't have lots of time at the hotel. To start the Elevators have key drawn markings/graffiti all over the console where floor options display. My first thought was wow, the HIE doesn't care enough to remove?... My room was never serviced the entire stay. When arriving in my room the floor had a huge wet spot in the middle, had to ware shoes in room. The air was on max to obviously try and dry what had happened. The bathroom sink was dirty, with a faucet that may not have been cleaned in months, stained and not wiped down, a job a few clorox wipes could fix! Or someone who cares! The bathroom door, doesn't stay open so every time one had to use the bathroom, you had to open the door, perhaps a design flaw, a doorstop could fix the problem. The plastic wrapped coffee cups had a foul odor and couldn't be used. The lighting was a hot mess, different color bulbs in each lamp, some really bright hot white, some with a pink hue, some with yellow hue. The pool wasn't very clean. Over all very disappointing and wouldn't stay at the this property and most likely any other HIE property! June 1, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by was clean and what was expected The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was well done with a cool pancake machine. Pool looked nice, but only 3 machines in the fitness room and no weights except for a mini leg machine. Toilet ran slow from beginning then fully stopped up. There were only 2 moderate quality towels, although the staff brought us two more quickly. May 13, 2016
