Everything was really good as expected. The food was good an efficient. The staff was very friendly. Highly recommended.

I was booked into this hotel by my travel agency after reservations at another hotel were cancelled. The service started with a welcoming phone call before I even arrived at the hotel! The manager, Amanda, was waiting for me and made sure that everything I needed was taken care of. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, the wi-fi was fast, and the hot breakfast was delicious. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I will definitely stay there again!

The internet in almost all hotels is awful. This time I used a LAN port so it wasn't that bad, but I had lots of disconnections and had to restart the laptop and troubleshoot the connection and calls to support.
It's specially bad at night when I assume many guests are using the connection, it's not good for even a skype call, not to say skype video.
Other thing I didn't like is the breakfast options, maybe another day of different food will be enough, but having the same food every each other day is really bad. Also the day when you dont serve eggs (instead is an "omelette") I really prefer not to eat.
2 of my 4 weeks I stayed I had to work in different hours, so I had to sleep very late and didnt have service. I know there's a schedule for that, but I tried getting service a few times and I could not.
I am traveling again in 2 weeks and I choose staybridge this time, I know is the same chain, but I would expect to be somehow better.
All other things were nice, the staff is always nice and the room was cleaned. I couldn't get any upgrades, maybe next time.
