At check in the 2 ladies seemed more interested in talking to a man in lobby. Was not recognized as a gold member at all. There was signs at desk about construction but nothing was said Tom a that I was under the construction and they would start at 7am. Breakfast attendant was not in room and food was empty. Service was below expected.

Guest Service was rude and very unwelcoming. Thecheck in process wa horrible there was no recongiztion of being a member, Breakfast was the worst i ever had at any holiday inn express the meat was way undercooked it looked grey. The stay seemed not concerned with any of the issues that arised. Worst stay at a holiday inn express i have ever had

No problems. We stay here whenever we are in the area. We usually have grandchildren with us who like the pool and the breakfast so this work well for us.

Customer Service needs improvement especially during the Check in process never experience a check in that was so UN welcoming. Front Desk agent of the night of 11/13 wasn’t as friendly. He didn’t welcome me as a Ihg member nor even welcome me as a Guest he simply asked for my id and credit card and proceeded through check in I was concerned and had to ask about if my points were being used and he said “YEA” there was no communicated regarding the amenities and it seemed like he had better things to attend to. The room was fairly cleaned the only issue I had was that there was stains in the bed and I had to call down to request a new blanket. Breakfast was horrible there was no one there to restock the items and the meat was under cooked really bad looked like a skilled veterinarian could bring it back to life. I don’t think that I will be recommending this property to another. And I hope management works with building a better customer service plan

The staff at this property was great and its proximity to my work location was great. The outside appearance of the property was also nice but inside the common areas were a little plain and the room furniture was not quite as nice as you would usually get from a Holiday Inn Express. It basically looked like an older property that had been remodeled on a mid-range budget. The mattress was also very firm and so while my sleep wasn't bad it wasn't great either. Fortunately I got a great price and so all and all it was a decent stay.
