Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by AMAZING Staff To start off, I have been fighting with IHG to get my status fixed so that when I made reservations that the hotels were given my correct status level. When I checked at this location they told me that the system had me as Club level. I have been Spire Ambassador since the day it came out, but I have been having a nightmare with getting ANYONE at IHG to fix both this problem and my IHG app not showing the correct status. Lucky for me I checked into this property because they had two WONDERFUL people behind the counter in Adam and the other young lady working that night (I am so sorry that I do not remember your name). Adam spent almost 2 hours on the phone with IHG and the support for Opera (which is reservation software that they use) to get them to fix the problem of hotels not being given my correct status when I make a reservation. They went above and beyond what I would have expected anyone to do. I have stayed in 12 or 13 different properties since I started having this issue and not one of them offered to do what they did for me here. I still have more issues with my account, but that is for IHG to fix. This location is out of the way for where I usually stay when I am out here for work, but I will be staying here anyway because of the amazing service that I received. They need more people like the two of them working for IHG in hotels and in the head offices. September 1, 2015

The night before our spa day, we had a girls dinner at Citrus City Grille and stayed at the Holiday Inn express. 6 makeup obsessed women getting ready in one small hotel room? Not an easy task but this hotel handled it! The bathroom was large enough for us all to be in there at once! The beds were so big and comfy but we still had enough room to prance around getting dressed. I was impressed by the entire hotel and you guys definitely exceeded my expectations. The free breakfast the next morning soothed out hungover souls too. August 27, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel, terrible mattresses This is a lovely hotel, lobby, building. Staff was cheerful and helpful. The mattresses through the hotel are really bad. The front desk acknowledged this and said they were planning for replacement in the coming months. I recommend staying elsewhere until the mattress refresh is completed. August 25, 2015
