Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Won't stay here again. Upon arriving there were no clean rooms. We are platinum members. Vivian was very nice but did not offer to get a room cleaned soon so that we could check in. It was close to noon. She told us we were already check in to room 401 and she would call. Never received call. Getting back around 5:00 she was not there but we were then given room 406. Not the type of room we are used to purchasing from them. No room for us and 5 yr old. Nothing to sit in but an office chair. No refrigerator, no microwave, bath mirrors were not lighted well, We were told there wer no other options for us. (platinum members). The brought a refrigerator for us but not much room to put one. Power went off 3rd day and once again, we had no other options. Ants crawling in the room. Terrible experience. June 28, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, new and great service Good quality hotel with clean bathrooms and towels. The soap and shampoo were average. Breakfast was good with many variety of food choices. The eating area were kept clean by staff. Hotel staff accomodated our early arrival / check-in. Like the express check-out that was actually done, not just lip service. June 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by our usual Wednesday night stay The front desk staff was their usual friendly and helpful selves. The one disappointment was that the pancake maker was out of service, but the staff said the repair would be done very soon, probably in time for our next stay. Also, we were given the key cards to our room, but the staff had not yet finished making up the room. We waited about 30 minutes, but we were in no hurry. We have stayed in that room before and liked its closeness to the ice machine and the elevator enough that we decided the wait would be worthwhile. This is the only time this has occurred in the past 12 months.. June 21, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty shower We have stayed at this hotel several times and never had a problem. But this stay was really bad! When I started the shower I noticed black hair floating in the bottom of the shower. It was disgusting!! I called the front desk...no one answered so I had to clean the shower before we could shower. I took a picture of the wad of hair and showed it to the lady at the front desk the next morning. She had me email the picture to her and said a member of management would contact me. So far no one has contacted me. June 18, 2015

From the A/C unit which is not a window type unit to the ceiling fan in the rooms to the overall quietness, this hotel has never let me down. June 15, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very pleasant stay This location looks and smells brand-new. Very pleasant and attentive staff. Clean and bright common areas and rooms. A perfect example of what all hotel experiences should be like, whether full or limited service venues. One comment re: breakfast @ HIE in general..... Cinnamon rolls are EXCELLENT, good selections of fruit, but dump the "omelettes from a bag." .... That is my biggest pet peeve and I'm not alone, based on comments I've heard in different locations. Coming from a restaurant background, there ARE ways to provide onsite-prepared, tasty, egg dishes. It isn't rocket science. June 9, 2015
