This hotel was reserved for a block of rooms for a wedding we attended locally. Staff were attentive to our needs and the room was exceptionally comfortable. Slept soundly. Nice that they had both hard and soft pillows on the bed. They had issues with an elevator during our stay but were actively working to remedy the situation. Pool was a small kidney-shaped pool so no laps for us. Fitness centre had 4 machines and the treadmill must have been programmed only for manual workouts. Breakfast had everything from biscuits and gravy and pancakes to yogurts, hard-boiled eggs, and fresh fruit. If we were ever in Denton again we would stay here.

The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the room was quiet. We had sufficient electrical outlets and the lighting was a lot better than many other hotels we have stayed at.

We come to Denton often, we have stayed at many hotels in Denton and prefer to stay at the Holiday Inn Suite because of the decor is comforting, friendly staff, and the room is clean. The bed and pillows are awesome.

Arrived Friday evening and checked in. Left establishment to visit daughter. Thunderstorms and rain moved into the area. Upon my return, I observed to Tractor trucks (one on east side and one on north side) parked length wise in the parking area. Each of these trucks covered at least 5 to 6 parking slots. Observed an equipment trailer parked taking up two parking slots. When I drove to the north side of the property. There were moving type vehicles, camping trailers and vehicles all parked length wise across the parking slots covering at minimum 25 additional parking slots. I finally parked in your competitors parking lot, approximately 100 to 125 yards away from the property. Remember I said it was raining and storming. I drove around the property 3 times before parking at such a distance. What irritates me, there is a parking lot for oversize vehicles located just south of a competitors motel south of your property. If my calculation are correct: the trucks took 8 to 10 additional slots and the trailers and oversize vehicles took (at min.) 20 additional slots for a total of approximately 30 parking slots that were wasted. I don't want to park at the door but would at least like to park on the property.
