This is the best Holiday Inn Express that I have ever stayed in.. I stay in Holiday Inns across the country and I have to admit that the Holiday Inn Express Airport Area El Paso, TX is the best.
Where do I start....
Staff is awesome and treat me like family when I am there.
Front Desk Staff: I feel the need to recognize Luis and Araceli, they are truly professional and are always attentive to customers and will go out of their way to ensure customers are happy.
House Keeping Staff: I don't like that I have to mention this because this is probably the most challenging job and critical to the success of a hotel. My past few stay I have noticed a decline in the attention to detail, the house keeping staff use to be the best across the nation until recently. The ladies are missing areas that they always use to clean and they wipe around things instead of lifting and wiping down the entire surface. They also aren't cleaning the entire piece of furniture just the tops of the surface... I could continue but feel that you can understand what I am saying.
Breakfast: I like the change up and how the hotel is trying different menu items to select from... Breakfast Burritos is a very nice touch.
Overall truly my favorite place to stay.
Thanks for making my stay so welcoming and enjoyable.

Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by WonderWoman9 Good luck getting a hot breakfast!
Everything about the hotel was fine - room comfort, cleanliness, value, location - except for the breakfast. Within 15 minutes of the breakfast area being opened all of the hot food was gone, except for the cinnamon roles. It took them 35 minutes to replenish the hot foods - eggs, biscuits, and sausage. There were a fair number of guest getting breakfast, but there were still several open tables, so it wasn't completely packed. Warning - if you want breakfast food other than cinnamon rolls, bagel or cold cereal, you better be down stairs ready to eat as soon as the breakfast area opens. A 35 minute wait is ridiculous.
