Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good, but could have improved Our stay here was average and was good for as little time as we were at the hotel. Some things could have used some improvement. We were not able to adjust the thermostat in our room or leave the vent fan running constantly. Also, the stairwell door banged closed often causing our door to vibrate and make noise. If we had been able to have the constant fan running we might not have heard the door so often. Also the breakfast room was so small and terribly hot we wanted to eat on the patio, but there were few chairs and it took extreme strength to open the door to get there. June 11, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Exterior noise/ AC/Heat Our room was next to the highway side and was not as quiet as I would like. AC/Heat had two controls, one on wall and one on unit. They both seemed to be functioning but did not go off and own as the controls indicated. I asked the desk person who told me they both worked. I still could not make them function properly. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 1 Day Get-Away Hotel has a great location close to down town Ft. Bragg. The staff was friendly to respond to the 1st room we were given being dirty and found us a new room right away. Pool was GREAT! We would for sure stay at this HIE again. May 25, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bring a dog / get bad treatment I booked a King room with a view (using my points) and told them at the time of the booking that I would be bringing my dog. When I got there I was given a room of lesser quality and told that was because I had my dog and if I did not like it leave. When I asked for a refund on the difference on my points, I was told to take it up with the main office. May 20, 2016
