YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU CLEANING STAFF CLEAN'S THE COMPLETE ROOM WHICH MEANS CHECKING THE PATIO FOR VARIOUS DISTASTEFUL OBJECT'S LEFT. WE WERE VERY UPSET WHEN THIS WAS DISCOVERED. HOWEVER THE MANAGER WAS VERY APOLOGETIC AND WE BELIEVE WAS TOTALLY UNAWARE OF THE PROBLEM.
WE WOULD HAVE REQUESTED ANOTHER ROOM BUT YOU WERE SOLD OUT THE NIGHT WE WERE THERE AND TOO TIRED TO MOVE TO ANOTHER HOTEL.

The staff members at this hotel were simply wonderful. As a platinum priority club member, we had upgrades for all 3 of the rooms that we'd booked ready for us upon early arrival. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the grounds
