Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Stay This hotel has a very caring staff. They think of your every need. Though the hotel is near the airport we slept very soundly and were not aware of any planes flying over. Beds are comfortable, towels are thick and bright white, bedding is very nice. A sack breakfast was provided for our early departure before the hotel breakfast started, a nice touch. The shuttle driver was friendly, competent and got us to the airport very quickly. And the most important thing is that the staff like their jobs and enjoy working there--it is quite obvious. August 27, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quite room when we needed it most! We had stayed here August 9, 2015 before traveling to LAX.. On our return trip from LAX August 20th my wife had a medical emergency on Delta flight 1170. She was removed by EMT's and taken by squad to the closest ER in Columbus, Ohio. We were exhausted after being released from the ER and up for over 30 hours. I called this hotel and explained our situation. They immediately got a room ready for us to rest in a very quite area which enabled us to sleep for 15 hours straight. We will always be grateful for the extra effort and caring attitude the staff provided in our time of need. August 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stay on Aug 10 2015 Hotel was as expected from Holiday Inn, which i have been using for business lately. Rooms were great, staff was friendly, and breakfast was good. Recommend this chain and specifically the Columbus airport location. Staff was genuinely happy to help, and went above and beyond, even baking fresh cookies in the afternoon/evenings. August 16, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Non Smoking Policy Not enforced Holiday Inn is supposedly a non-smoking Hotel. My room stunk horribly of cigarette smoke. I use Holiday Inn whenever possible and this happens with monotonous regularity. If the smokers had to pay for their inability to follow the rules, this would stop. Maybe if you made the smokers pay to fumigate the rooms they stink up you could offer better rates for everyone. My clothing stunk like cigarette smoke the following day. It's ridiculous. Why have the policy if you're not going to enforce it. I don't dis-like smokers. I used to smoke myself. I just can't stand these losers who won't follow the rules then nobody has the spine to make them pay to clean the room. August 12, 2015
