Staff from check-in to check-out were exceptional. Friendly and courteous. Front desk to breakfast staff to maintenance guy (had an issue with key). Great work.

I have found this property to be the best in Hesperia CA. to stay overnight for my line of work. Walking distance to major stores and restaurants.
Easy access to both I-15 and 395.

I did not have a reservation upon checking in and decided to use my reward points. I sat in the lobby to make the phone call to do this. I was bombarded by flies during the call. I checked into the room and turned on the tv. The remote was acting up so I decided to call front desk about it. She said she would bring me another when she got a chance. 20 minutes went by so I decided to go to front desk myself to get a replacement. The other one didn't work either so I called and asked her to bring one (I just had surgery and didn't want to walk down there again#. She came 30 min later #not her fault as she was all alone). Being an IHG Platinum Member I was upgraded to a Jacuzzi suite. I filled the Jacuzzi and then noticed hairs floating in the water so I didn't use it. At 3:49 AM I was awakened to a LOUD noise. It was the motor of the refrigerator. I listened to that noise for most of the rest of the night. The hotel added 2000 points which is terrible considering the experience. I would have felt like at least 5000 would have been sufficient. Free beer from 5-7 was good though
