Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Carwill Comfortable bed and very pleasant staff.
On arrival, we were met by friendly and helpful staff who quickly assigned a room and after our long flight, we were very grateful for their consideration.
The room was large and the bed super comfy, so our stay in HK was very enjoyable.

This hotel is in a great location and the staff is extremely helpful. The hotel is located in a mall with a lot of restaurants and stores right there. The MTR is also located right in the mall as well making transportation a breeze.

I am a frequent visitor to the IHG hotels in Hong Kong. The hotel is great and the place looks fresh and feels good. Room is clean and well kept and staff is very friendly and responsive.
My only gripe this visit was their new policy (apparently for the environment) not to have room amenities in the room but given to you at check-in and replenished by asking the front desk. It still works out at the end and I would imagine the amount used by customers will fall drastically for the lack of initiative. However it does feel a bit of short-changed for a hotel and loses its sort of premier feel. Lugging your luggage to your room with a paper bag of amenities does have a feel of prisoners being sent to the cells! Pardon my comparison but honestly that is how I felt looking at each other in the lift. I hope the management can improve on this perhaps by equipping the unoccupied rooms with amenities and replenishment on request. Some policy does save dollar
