Amazing staff! I was a stranded airline passenger due to weather, for a weekend. Weary/tired/ and awaiting my shuttle (that didn't come for 45 minutes), The shuttle driver Chris- was picking up another passenger and offered to take me in as well. Chris and Matt?front desk- both were amazingly accommodating and handled everything with military precision.
Great room, spacious and comfortable-had everything I needed to work from my computer for the day I was missing at work.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and will for sure stay here again if I am in the DFW area.

The room was great, staff friendly, and the facility clean. The breakfast was not the greatest. I am very particular about my eggs and they were overcooked, but for free, I can't really condemn the quality of the hotel and talk badly about my stay.

I normally do not sleep well on the first night at a new hotel. I slept very well and was well rested for my work.
The room was veryy comfortable and spacious. The only minor issue was the limited amount of electrical outlets.

The beds are to soft for me, Front desk staff is Fantastic, one of the male shuttle drivers needs to slow down. Restaurant in the parking lot.again Fantastic staff.

It was my first time in Texas, and unfortunately, I arrived after check-in time, but luckily I was able to call them and let them know I was going to be late due to traffic conditions and they were understanding of it and assured me that it was fine!
The staff answered all questions I had and were able to assist me as able. Checking in and getting into my room was a smooth and easy process. I am a simple man and do not require much.
The room was clean and ready for my arrival. I've heard many complaints about hot water issues from many frequent flyer hotel guests, but I had no issues at all! Between the weather in Texas and the temperature of the water, it was perfect for me!
Free breakfast was offered in the mornings, but unfortunately, I was unable to partake in the services due to my personal sleeping preferences. Hopefully my next stay will be different and I can partake!

After a long day of horrible travel, delayed flights. The Drive of the shuttle van was the best., after I had waited 1.5 hours for another IHG Brand Hotel to pick me up, the driver said they had rooms. I was able to cancel my reservation. He called ahead and had a room held for me. The staff was great for the little time that I stayed, I would recommend this HIX to anyone, all rooms are suites, great.
