I needed to catch a 7 am flight to medical school in Grenada. I had a five hour drive to the hotel in a rental car (which turned into a 7 hour drive with traffic!) and as soon as I arrived the staff came to my aide with my suitcases etc. and informed me how to return the rental car and take the shuttle back to the hotel. They were so friendly and helpful about getting something to eat, weighing my bags, printing my boarding pass, arranging the early morning shuttle and giving me a bagged breakfast at 4 am! I was nervous about being there alone, but they made me feel perfectly safe. I will always use this location when flying from JFK.

All the staff that we met at the hotel were very helpful and courteous.

I highly recommend Ali for future promotion as I think he has the potential to be a very good Hotel Manager. I had an issue about a charge that reflected in my AX account pending transaction ($50) which I later found out it was withheld for incidentals. Since I did not see this info on the web nor was I told upon check in, I was not very happy. Ali took the initiative to resolve the matter to my satisfaction in a very professional manner. He has also instructed the Front Desk staff to mention this to future guests when they check in. I appreciate the fact that my suggestion was not ignored. And I also believe future guests would appreciate such information.
