Everything was great even my employer was excited about staying considering the situration when he is with other lead techs they do not get hotels to stay in. Only reason why i do as i explain to my owner these guys work hard for you and make you good profit they earn to get a good nights rest as if they are home. That includes, nice rooms with great beds, tv channels, nice bathrooms, and breakfeast as a bonus for them if they want they have a pool, workout room to go enjoy themselves if they get off early.

A pesar de que tuvimos un problema con la limpieza de la habitacion la recepcionista fue muy amable y nos ofrecio cambiarnos a otra habitacion limpia. Mi esposa y mi bebe quedamos muy agradecidos por esta accion. Gracias Holiday Inn : )

Two days of no hot water. When I contacted the front desk I was told that "this happens a couple times a month". Why would I want to use this hotel again and gamble on when I may not have hot water?

First impression make the most. I feel at home at a Hotel when the front desk staff is warm and friendly. A clean room makes a world of difference.

According to the hotel, I paid for one room based on points and one room based on dollars for associates traveling in my place. When they tried to check in, they were told that the room based on points have been checked into and checked out of so they would need to pay for a room on their own in addition to another one. Left 3 separate messages for a manager to call me back as I was stuck in Denver to try and straighten out for my folks. Ridiculous to not even return phone calls. We will stay elsewhere from now on as I have a bill for two nights as well as a reservation that took points away no one even stayed in.
