Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor staff service Problems with staff started at check in. The clerk mixed up the room assignments and credit card charges with another coworker. She said she would fix it but never did. My coworker was charged for both rooms even though I was provided a receipt with my name and card number at checkout. Neither of us can file a corporate expense report until all of the accounting is fixed. For three days of the stay, a gymnastics team also stayed in the hotel. They ran the hallways all hours of the night, pushed thier way around at the breakfast bar (took another persons pancakes) and pushed their way into and off the elevator (stairs became the only option. I complained to the desk clerk (different from the person who checked me in) on two occasions about the noise and lack of civility. He told me that he expected them to settle down by the second night because they would have used up thier energy. Did not happen. When one of the children's parents asked the clerk if they were making too much noise he told her no right after I talked him about thier behavior. After three days, he was proud to inform me they had all checked out of the hotel. Thanks for the support! Otherwise the facility was modern, clean and in a good location. With so many other choices in the same neighborhood, I won't be staying here on future trips. April 19, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Credit Card Confusion I recently stayed at this property on a business trip to the Livermore area. A co-worker and I checked in at the same time using our AMEX Corporate cards, the clerk initially mixed up our names to our credit card numbers. Once we pointed it out to her, she assured us that she had corrected the mistake. Upon returning from the trip, I noticed that I was charged twice on my AMEX card for the stay. As we are required to complete an expense report for the trip, we now have to wait for AMEX to sort out the mistake and possibly incur late charges due to company processing requirements. Additionally, there were numerous unsupervised children running around the hotel at all hours of the night yelling and carrying on. Having been a loyal IHG member for the past six years, this is the first time the stay was not enjoyable. April 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy location, clean rooms. just updated We stay at that location for several years now, at least 10 times a year. It seems that most of the staff know us, and we know them. Hotel was recently updated which is nice, it is always clean, and the bed are very comfortable. It would be nice if you stop using Styrofoam plates, and use paper one instead. Some vegetables would be much appreciated, and healthier choice. Other than that, we are very pleased with that location. April 19, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not the best, but not the worst I checked in rather late at 1am and at check in, the FD rep almost charged my card for the rewards night, and even after didn't acknowledge that I was a member or that it was a rewards night. The next day I went down to grab some coffee and whatnot before leaving, the girl working the front desk was sitting in a stool and didn't take her eyes off her phone the whole time I was in the lobby right in front of her to greet me or even acknowledge my presence ( I was the only one down there besides the breakfast attendant at 11am). Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast bar Eggs and meats were pretty bad. First morning eggs were somewhat "powdery". Next day omelets not much better. Bacon was paper thin. Apple juice was watered down. Coffee marginal, in fact they had better coffee at my meeting. April 10, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Price is now too high I have stayed here for years but recently the room rates have gone too high for what is offered. There is no restaurant or full bar in the lobby and the breakfast is nothing special. I'd like to see this place get a full makeover or get another IHG property close by. April 4, 2016
