I feel uncomfortable that they park cars so close to hotel room window as close as 5 feeet to my room..So, I cannot keep open fhe curtain of my hotel room.
At arrival they did not allow to use JCB.t

This property is great for both business and leisure trips. Very well located, close to most of the important points of interest, even to vineyards in Livermore, with very spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, clean facilities, plenty of parking spaces, and to top it off, a healthy breakfast with a wide variety of options to please the most discerning clients.

We found the place to be clean, in good condition and the breakfast was one of the best we've had at a Holiday Inn.
We were a little further from downtown than we originally believed but the taxi service was awesome and cost approx $14 to get into town.
Our only issue was the front desk staff seemed only mildly interested in helping us with anything. I asked about a number of things like the taxi service, restaurants that deliver and amenities in the area. There was a lot of "I don't know" and "you can look that up". I ended up googling everything I needed to know. Having said that, it was the the same staff member each time so perhaps the other staff members are more friendly and professional.
Overall though, it's a nice hotel in a terrific area and well worth the visit.

A well located hotel which I spent one night stay with my kids for a family travel around Tri-valley area. Really coming with convenient access to the Livermore city, outlets shopping, wine tasting and golfing.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and each time it seems to get worse. The rooms are ok but the staff is indifferent to customers. I am a platinum member and usually get greeted as such no such mention. Very little interaction when checking in or out. No smile, no greeting...I interrupted her texting checking in and the checking out manager was doing paper work and I interrupted that as well. Last time I will stay at this Holiday Inn Express.

We stay at this hotel whenever we are in the area. Since our children and grandkids live here, we are here a few times year. Regardless of how long its been between stays, the staff greets us like old friends. Staff is always caring and pleasant. Rooms are nice and we are confident of their cleanliness.
This is a great place to call home when we are away from home!
