Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great time in Louisville The weekend looked pretty rough with rain, so i took my children to the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Louisville. We were greeted by Chris and were treated very kindly. After checking in to our room ( 307) we headed to the pool We found the pool to be clean and the staff to be attentive to every need we had. I would highly recommend this hotel for you if your interested in business or leisure - its clean, well appointed and convenient. June 24, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by “Do Not Disturb” Policy Not Respected I stayed here while visiting the Kentucky Derby. I was disappointed in the lack of customer service I received from the staff. I bad several bad experiences with the staff while staying at the hotel. (1)The day after I had checked in I enter the hotel I and I was rudely greeted with a “Are you a guest here””. I politely responded “yes” and continued to my room. When I mentioned this while speaking to the manager when I was checking out that same front desk staff member who had confronted me proudly stated in a rude tone “Well that was me and I asked you that because we have a problem with people off the street using our restrooms and that’s what I thought you were doing”. Never did she say not “Hello” or “How can I help you”, she just automatically assumed I wasn’t a guest. Really!?! (2)The second instance was while using the hotel computer and it wasn’t working. When I went to get someone from the from desk to help she came in the room looked at me than the computer without touching anything and Said “Well It’s on and I don’t know what you want me to do about it” and left. (3)The final and straw was when our room was entered while the “Do Not Disturb” was on the door. I was highly upset and felt totally violated and unable to relax. I was never really given a reason and while I did bring this to the attention of the manager who seemed very concerned all she could do was apologize. The room was clean and the hotel is conveniently located. June 16, 2015
