Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to HIE Standards!! OMG,where shall I begin? A hotel experience I would like to forget! A/C broken in lobby, Elevator not operating, pool closed, active leak in ceiling on first floor, (buckets collecting dripping water outside our door). Pancake machine out of order and cold cinnamon buns. We are HI Platinum members and will certainly never stay here again, hotel is in serious need of repair and updates. We travel extensively for business and pleasure and HIE is our choice of hotels, I will not let this experience taint my loyalty but in this instance we used our points for two rooms, what a waste! Even though the pool was not working they called the next door hotel and arrange for us to use their pool. Breakfast in the morning was good. Pancake machine was not working but they replace with other food. Totally awesome... Rooms were clean and smelling fresh.beds were comfy with 2 tvs..great.. May 13, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Maintenance Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is an issue with leaking pipe in hallway, AC unit in room and pool inoperable. All were not fixed for the 3 days of our stay. May 10, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place, service, Room I stayed there for just one evening, but the place was great. I was pleasantly greeted by the front desk staff with a warm smile and enthusiasm. The room I got was huge by hotel standards. Except for a minor heating issue and the toilet off kilter, the place was great! The breakfast was very nice and filled us up for the day. May 5, 2015
