Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unsatisfied Customer This was the worst Holiday Inn property that I have stayed in. If it had been my first, I would never be back to another. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. The room was old and rundown. The motel was not clean, nor was my room. I will not be back to this motel and feel like I used my earned points for a terrible place to stay. April 29, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Most unpleasant stay. This had to be one of my least favorite stays. The reception desk upon arrival was not friendly. We were directed to this hotel when there was a problem with my origianl hotel' plumbing. Although we needed a three-night stay, the young lady never asked how long we were staying. When I stated that I did not have my rewards number available, she totally ignored me. In the morning, the bill was under my door, when I went to the front desk, this employee was quite nice and helpful AND looked up my reward number for me, then extended my stay. That evening, there must have been a shortage of towels in Mesquite - no tub mat and only 1 face towel. Chairs were very low, so had I wanted to sit at the table to do some work, my chin would be resting on the table. Floor had numerous bumps for some reason, and it took me over 20 minutes to get the TV to work. I really don't feel that I should have to call to get the code for the internet, it should be given out with the room key. Totally, a bad experience. April 21, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall Enjoyable The beds and pillows were super comfy! I didn't use the kitchenette but it was a very nice feature. The ice machine was broken and the vending machine only took coins and $1 bills. The elevator was massively slow and the bathroom door couldn't open all the way because it hit the toilet. That was VERY annoying. The breakfast was good but the eggs were the powder type. Other than that the options were varied and good enough. April 21, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to HI Express Standards At 7:30am, the breakfast area was out of cinnamon rolls and there were no staff in the area. Someone finally showed up just after I had finished my breakfast. The TV remote in the guest room did not function properly--channel selection was very difficult. Bathroom towel quality was poor, and there was no shower/bath mat/towel. I've come to expect more from HI Express, and was disappointed in this particular hotel. April 13, 2015
