Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 room cleanliness As mentioned earlier the room odor and cleanliness were a major concern. I had been told about the odor prior to arriving about the room odor but thought it would have been addressed. I have stayed at other locations and this was probably the worst of all. The rooms could use some updating. (paint new carpet). When nothing was done about odor (a window was opened on second day) I did not mention the bug problem. October 8, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Night In Heaven I enjoyed the hotel totally the couch could of been more supportive....but it was still a wonderful night sleep and we will return in the spring..the staff member who was on duty when we arrived was totally working hard and was extremely helpful and pleasant, she should be commended ....and the lady at the breakfast buffet was working her self totally she was amazing. thanks for a great night sleep September 30, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Will Never Stay Here Again My son and I were returning from a college visit and needed a place to get off the highway for the night. The staff, upon check-in, was tired but still friendly and polite. Unfortunately, our room reeked of mold from the A/C unit. Even with the unit off, we had to sleep with the window open for fresh air. That would have been fine, but the hotel is adjacent to the interstate highway with CONSTANT traffic noise all night long. In addition to the mold and traffic noise, we were in Room 208 ( I think), which had a security light pointed directly into our room--not at the ground. But wait, there's more: At 5:00 a.m. the garbage truck drove under our window (behind the building), banged around with the dumpster, then backed up the entire length of the building with the "back-up-beeper" blasting away. Worst night in a long time. September 27, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible experience The hotel cancelled my reservations even though I called and told them I would be a late check in. I was later told this was done because another guest with the same name had reservations and it was believed that my reservation was fraudulent. The hotel could have called the telephone number on my reservation to confirm that the reservation was in fact real instead of cancelling it. The internet did not work and I had numerous issues with the key cards working without having to go to the front desk and have them reprogrammed. September 17, 2015
