Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel, location and service I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I can't say anything negative about it with one exception. The bathroom was a bit small. If the bath mat/towel was on the floor you couldn't open the door entirely. Quite snug. The sink wasn't in that room and was fine. Staff was excellent and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good and well attended by the staff. The location is great and close to good restaurants and shopping. Very close to expressway travel. I would stay there again and recommend it to others. May 13, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by My Only Problem - ROOM 205 MOLDY SCENT I had reserved three rooms. I visited my parents room (205) on the last day. Their room was MOLDY with a strong scent. I told my parents they should have mentioned it to the front desk and they would have moved you. They said that the smell was there from the first day and assumed that Holiday Inn Express rooms smelt this way. I told them no because we stay here usually. As a fail safe I thought housekeeping would noticed and something done. This is the first time however that something like this has happened here and the other two rooms were fine. May 6, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean hotel, good location, average breakfast Julian at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was also another worker (maintenance) who helped us when we were having trouble with the luggage cart. I did not get his name. The room was clean and comfortable with a sufficient amount of towels. Would be nice to have more electric outlets. The only issue we had was with breakfast. There are lots of choices, but most of it is inedible. After tossing pancakes and eggs in the trash, I settled on a bagel. Not impressed. Also not impressed with the lady working the breakfast area on Monday, May 4th. She started to remove the food while people were still trying to get something to eat. All the coffee decanters were empty and I mentioned that to her. She started yelling at me and pointing to the sign on the wall saying that it was 9:30 and breakfast was over. Extremely rude and unnecessary. There were other coffee decanters over by the registration desk, so perhaps she needs to be retrained to point people in that direction rather than yelling at them. Other than that one incident, our stay was fine. May 6, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Bed and Amazing Service I Always feel I am Right at Home when i visit. The Pillows are soo soft i wanted to take them home. The Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Didn't know this hotel had a swimming pool next time i visit i will definitely bring my swimsuit! The pool looked very Inviting. May 4, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet Hotel in the Heart of the Action The staff at this hotel are excellent and really care about visitors. They went above and beyond to help me out. The hotel was really quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was great and the pool was awesome. But is really is the staff that make this place great. March 31, 2015
